Now they simply do not tell the issues/groundbreaking limitations in their "reviews"... it's called customer misleading.

Ads, bloatware, system apps, simple bugs in UI (reported by many with hos2 in last 3 weeks), battery drain in idle mode, Bluetooth stability and codecs, android auto, etc..
              there's literally nothing meaningful, apart from "ai is there, it's smooth..." Hence we keep asking and asking around

                A big battery is useless when the optimisation is terrible.

                  Did you not read the review?

                    the AI Sky feature was available in older Redmi phones. But is missing in the recent Redmi phones (including the one I'm using rn). Nice to see it back. I miss this cool feature.

                      These days it is all about software. Who cares about fast hardware when there is no optimization.

                        Honestly, I am a bit surprised with the camera results. Not the best overall, but the 8400's ISP and Xiaomi's image processing seem do be doing quite a few night magic (not so much in the day though).
                        Great performance, good camera(s), nice design, fast charging, good (or meh) battery...

                        For the price, the tradeoffs are worth it.

                          What impresses me most is the sustained performance. MediaTek did an amazing job!

                              Okay, I love this phone now.

                              I think it's quite awesome of them to pick iron man as a theme. Not just because I'm a huge fan of iron man, but also because there has never been any marvel movie since endgame with iron man in it. It's not particularly a trendy character nowadays, so I appreciate they still did it.

Same processor and main camera. Also 1.5k flat screen. Probably a slightly bigger 7000mAh battery. No idea if it will get a global launch though. Realme is still not as widely available

                                    Imagine Xiaomi fixing it's OS issues. Imagine.
                                    Btw guys don't feel bad about not getting the bigger Indian 6500mah battery variant. The 500mah difference won't make any noticeable difference.

                                      Redmi Note has lost to Realme 14 Pro+ in the global market if Realme doesn't downgrade battery etc, now can Realme compete with this Poco?

                                        Xiaomi phones aren't good value if they have massive batteries but perform similarly to phones with 4,500mAh batteries.

                                        Also the camera is only "okay". I'm not sure what the appeal is.
