Who doesn't want all these features in an S-Pen? What an L move, for me (having s22ultra) now Samsung is going downhill, truly, its pinnacle was S24 Ultra. Shame on Samsung

Dear gsmarena team,
You said the newer chip is more efficient in this article, then why do these phones come with a larger vapor chamber?
I am asking this out of genuine curiosity. I am not a phone hardware engineer.

Very much disappointed to see samsung remove s pen features. Bluetooth connectivity was very useful for clicking pics and slide show control.

Using last year's exynos chipset in the S25 is an amazing idea, it has never happened before and it is really well thought out by samsung. Why not use the same chipset in the s26, s27... and maybe s30. This seems like a great idea and of course, the battery capacity is expected to remain the same until 2030. Users will be delighted, as they are every year.

Both S25 Ultra and S25+ have their screen resolution wrong. Both should be 3120x1440 instead of 3088x1440.

Boriiiiiiiing. There was never a Samsung release as boring as this one. And cheap on top… none of those phones scream you’re paying top money for that.

After the S22U and S23U, Samsung no longer interests me. Their focus on AI is too boring and hardware has barely made any significant leap so what's the point? These are too expensive for their specs and the promised multiple years of software updates is a joke considering that most people wouldn't even hold on to their phones for seven years not even 4 years actually.

Very minor changes in s25 ultra pics , dark portions are handled bit better than 24 ultra , but making major focus area ( middle 80% photo ) bit blur than s24 ultra, might get rectify with updates since it's a new born yet. But doesn't makes any sense to upgrade. Requires major upgrades in camera setup...

Milad, 22 Jan 2025Boring and repititive design with not very good performance... moreI think one reason Galaxy is so popular is that it's one of the few smartphone brands that's not Chinese. Compared to Chinese smartphones, where you might have to give your personal data to the Communist Party, Galaxy likely offers better security, which could be a big factor in its popularity.
