    I wanna know why speaker FR is spaced out by 10db increments because more logically it should be with 5db increments even 3db is significant for response. It would also make the graphs more usable and legible.

        The main issue with Mark VII is actually... Snapdragon 8 Elite.
        Hopefully Snapdragon folks will sort out it's teething problems in Gen 2.
        Still the one and only flagship smartphone with MicroSD and 3.5" jack tho.

            Just make a phone like S24u or Xiaomi 15 ultra or X200 Pro/Ultra, but add micro SD card slot and headphone jack. Don't reinvent the wheel! And more people will instantly like your product, you'll get more sales and profits!

Sony is taking largely the same approach as Apple and Samsung, which is recycling smartphones one year after the other, bringing few changes to newer iterations. Niche or not, innovation is lacking. Actually, given that Sony is a more niche company in this business, they should be innovating and trying out more new things

Unless you want some tube simulation or something i hardly consider modern day DACs to be insufficient.

                                I'm gonna wait on the Xperia 10 VII before deciding. I need a new Android device and it's between Sony or Sharp at this point.

                                  I got the Xperia vi and it is the most complete smartphone I've ever owned including all the best Blackberries, iPhones, and Galaxy smartphones. The hardware is so solid, sleek and tactile, including the original protective case. I am a big fan of near stock Android with Sony's own touch. I've also noticed that I am taking way more photos and enjoying photography more than before. Also the 3,5 mm jack let's me play music for much longer when on the go and the sound quality is as solid as you would expect from Sony. I wish Sony would take marketing more seriously so their smartphones would have a solid future.

                                      By far the best hardware design and features on ANY smartphone.

                                      Shame it's so ridiculously oversized and the software experience is such absolute garbage.
