I have this fone for 10 days now, so far so good. No problem at all. Camera is pretty decent though, and so is the music player. Battery life is never the problem with Nokia. Overall a good fone at this price tag. As a consumer I am satisfied !! Winner by design so true.

In a internet-era such as this, why doesn`t Nokia launch this beautiful model with 3G (or 3,5) features?
It would be a HIT!!! I would buy it on the spot!
Like it is, it`s just another (very) pretty face...

I can't believe that 5130XM still has the best audio quality on Nokia.

It is a fairly versatile, but budget phone. TV out will be obsolete anyway with projector phones, such as that from Samsung.

Are you sure about the TV-Out? Most sites selling the phone list it as having TV-Out. Has the reviewer simply ASSUMED that it doesn't do TV-Out because there isn't a cable in the box ?

You can't trust Nokia's spec sheet... they don't even know what resolution the phone can shoot video at, most reviewers have said that it will in fact shoot VGA (640x480) @ 30fps, not QCif @15fps that the data shhet says :P

                      I don't like it. I don't like 5800 either. I don't like Xpressmusic types.

An MP4 is better than a mobile (battery low in 1 hour).

Sorry Loli, but I'm not gonna buy you that phone.

It will be around 200$ when it becomes available in US. I bet online retailers will have it cheaper. You only have to pay the full price if you want this phone URGENT! If you can wait a few weeks - no sweat. 200$ + 15$/month data on T-mobile!!! I bet that Nokia will also intro an even cheaper touch screen phone within a month - that is how they used to kill off the competition. More features/quality at lower price points. They kinda dropped the ball lately, but I am hoping they will pick up their game...

If price of 5800 < 5530, which one to buy? Here in US, 5800 is sale for $225, versus 5530 for $269 (pre-order). No need 3G (T-Mo on 1700), but GPS, maybe. Do you go w/ 5530 for Kinetic and smaller design???

Hi, this mobile sounds great (especially for those regions, where 3G is either a distant reality or where it is too expensive for common man to use).

Lacking GPS may affect somehow, but with wifi enabled, i'm satisfied. Not like some mobiles that have GPS but no wifi (which means maps to be downloaded via expensive GPRS/EDGE route).

I heard some bad experiences of 5800 (and prices of 5800 are crashing), hence Buyers beware, i suppose the same quite applies to 5530 also. So better check those out.

I'd really like to have Divx/Xvid support for these mobiles (which I'm not sure if even n97 has).
