coreplayer.com only has version for s60 V3... you need V5 for this phone... :(
Themes, apps, etc - If it works in Nok 5800, it should work on this...
But yes, please sony, make an upgrade to improve the sound like omnia HD got!

As someone wanting to upgrade from the E61i and N73, I really like the looks and pocketability of this phone. However, if it keeps showing the "loading" sign every time a feature is used, the N73 slowness nightmare will come back to haunt me:)
Also, if SE need a 12 mpx camera for boasting rights, let them, but as a keen photographer I have no interest in that many megapixels. Five is enough, esp. on a phone. Why be forced to pay for more?
Also, I am a little tired of Symbian and don't want to see it on a phone this expensive.
In other words: the Satio is not THE phone for me. Maybe something from HTC will do the trick? (I got very interested in the N900, but only until I saw its thickness).

Ok, just had my Satio for a day after resigning my LG Viewty.
Dunno why but txting with this fone somewhat quiet anal even tho i had a symbian fone b4, i guess its the lack of UI buttons to have instant shortcuts for fonebook etc.
screen is amazing, i could not see anything with viewty if i was outside.
battery time is beyond rubbish, its almost dead, only made few fone calls and wrote few emails, its not even 8pm yet, it was fully charged this morning.
you tube videos doesnt show full screen.
camera is ok, not great, the photos had a better colors were better with viewty, but 12mp detailing is unbeatable. cant tell much difference in video quality with viewty.
no 3.5mm jack input for headphones, are they stupid or what??
no usb??? yeah they're..
it feels quiet a chunk in the pocket,
but still its quiet an easy fone to like very much, but you will need a spare battery if you gonna go around in town listening music and taking few pictures and spending few moments on the web.
it wont make it by the evening.

Anonymous, 28 Oct 2009I too am very interested in this phone and sunight legibili... moreIf sunlight legibility is really important to you then the iPhone should do for you. It has the BEST sunlight legibilty in the market with the Nokia N97 coming second (I think).

Well, it is not very sunny in Sweden at this time of year but my Satio is working perfect outdoors. I foudn that you can raise the disply brightness in settings manually if you do not trust the sensor.
Compared to the iPhone I'd say Satio is better in sunlight.

Terminator, 28 Oct 2009I was waiting for this review for months and months for abo... moresorry it was on page 2.
The sunlight legibility of the display is decent, but not as good as the Nokia N97, let alone the Apple iPhone. Still you will be able find a proper angle for working with the phone even in the brightest sunlight if you try hard enough so that shouldn't be a deal-breaker. Sony Ericsson still aren't up with the best in this department but they aren't too far behind either.

David, 28 Oct 2009Well then you must have low standards. That's how it is, so... moreHi there
Perhaps you've had a misendeavour with the Satio phone? It's a shame really, if you get to know it, it's actually a really nice piece of technology for me and i'd know because I have one right in front of me.
Perhaps this phone is just not for you? Different people means different wants and expectations.
Anyhow, it's good to see that you've taken the time to give some constructive criticism about this phone.
I'll still be keeping my Satio though.
Good luck getting a phone that meets your standards
Cheers mate.
