its a F* great phone
the 65k colors will remain,you can't change the colors with OS upgrade!
As it uses a capacitive display and an Open Plataform,you can hack it to multitouch!
But I don't really care about the cheating display colors,just people that look for wrong details on phones care about it!

Great reply henry, thanx. Right i got a possibility of buying an xperia x10 now, before its released, but i'm guessing that would be a prerelease version without mediascape and timescape to be finished resulting in a bit/lot lag using them. You think, if i purchse this phone now, i would be able to get the updates of mediascape and timescape once the phone is out and running officialy meaning they should be done coding?

What kind of movies can you watch on x... moreWell, it may not play divx vid out of the box but you shouldn't worry that much since its an android which hopefully they have an optional upgrade to eclair from the donut becos you can easily get 3rd party players and you should cos usually all preloaded vid players are horrible from HTC, Nokia, SE, Samsung and LG itself. Well most of them except Omnia HD, HD2 and others. Most 3rd party players like core player are usually great as they contain most codecs and more user friendly. Plus, check out android marketplace, you will see loads of apps available and on the plus side majority of them are free or more cheap compared to win marketplace (even though they are more organized) Also, android will improve alot further then wat is available today since they announce further improvement for user experience for 2010. If ur worried that SE will dump the X10 like X1, remember half of SE phone line in 2010 will be based on android so there will be support from SE itself. Cheers

I got a question.
What kind of movies can you watch on xperia x10?? There is no divx or xvid support, so in what format you watch it then? How do you transform a movie in H.264? If thats the only format it reads movies.

U no life is funny where i come from in the caribbean this is what we call bad mind all who talking about SE will fail thats wishful thinking and some people will get the shock of there lives and i cant wait to see the day when the shew is on the other foot. SE has some very unique phones the designs are like no other and the fear that SE will rise to the top like its doing now never mind the little fall backs that has to come be for greatness. We will see in 2010 what will come all the SE haters they eyes will drop out SE 4 life.

Except X10 sdk instructions say 384, and some people say additional 128 for graphics only.

It will be upgradeable. Gustaf Brusewitz has already stated that. Just like the iPhone you will have incremental updates for X10 addning new features and improvements. It is the way of the future.
I'm saving up for this baby. The white one is incredibly sexy!

This looks like an awesome device, only 2 things let it down. Limited RAM (only 256M) and lack of Android 2. The first we are probably stuck. If it is possible to upgrade the OS then the handset is looking like a must buy. Wish I could get it today.
