The review didn't say anything about app store policy (or did I miss it)?
Now that Apple has shown us how a locked down app store can be abused, I think this is a critical bit of information to include in a review.
Then again, I guess Apple has also shown everyone how lucrative a totally locked down phone can be, so Samsung investors might be hoping for the different answer then Samsung customers!
If it is locked down, have they published a policy? I guess a locked down app store wouldn't be so bad if they published a policy that committed them to using their control for their customers.

I have the Samsung Wave for about a week now, and I'm amazed with it. It's fantastic, and I think I still have a lot to discover. I was a Nokia client, but Samsung relly surprised me with this one.
Great touch screen, nice colours and interface and a very fast processor.
Very good!

Again: Are there substantially different releases available in different countries? In Europe they just sell units with HSDPA 3.6Mbps instead of 7.2Mbps. And no HSUPA. Where can I purchase the faster version with the key featurs from the review?

Oli, 20 Jun 2010Wow that's pretty expensive..! The RRP is actually rm1699..... morePeople from the SM centre told me it was their last unit before another stock run is due, maybe that caused the high price or the official-store-price-ripping-customer-off deal as usual.

jatnaveenleo, 19 Jun 2010how about loudspeaker?? does it have stereo loudspeakers?? ... moreNo Stereo loudspeakers, but it IS loud. I just don't understand what the fuzz is all about. Are you one of those anoying people that insist on sharing teir music on a loud level with everyone who doesn't want to be bothered by you?

Psquare, 11 Jun 2010Hi users.. can anyone plz confirm if we can schedule messag... moreYes, you can schedule messages. The phone is great. I've got it almost 10 days now. Super fast, great screen, good camera. Video is superb. But: Lots of users have problems with IMAP/ POP3 and Exchange. On my phone 2 Exchange servers don't work and a couple of IMAP accounts don't work. If you stick to Gmail there's no problem. I hope there'll be a Firmware upgrade pretty soon...

There's something wrong with the listed Specs in this review. Samsung claims HSDPA 3.6Mbps instead of 7.2Mbps, and no HSUPA.
