Samsung Galaxy Pro B7510 review: Utility droid

31 May 2011
Samsung’s QWERTY messengers have not exactly been setting the world on fire. They have done well though to set the scene for this one. The Samsung Galaxy Pro B7510 follows on the heels of Omnia and Corby. It puts Android in...

Can anyone tell me how much built-in memory Samsung Galaxy Pro got?
Some websites state it 180MB and some state it as more than 500MB. Also tell me about its RAM? Is it 256 MB?

Why not a touchscreen and QWERTY device, with dual-SIM and 5 MP cam?

                Hi!

Great review, there is only one thing I dunno:
Is a long press on the physical keys on the Galaxy Pro brings up accent options for letters (for foreign languages)? If yes, what accents are available? Please help!

This is currently one of the few semi-decent android qwerty devices around. Most others don't have froyo (so not as easy to wifi tether for example) or look weird (HTC chacha).

Nice budget phone or as a filler phone until something better with a qwerty/android is launched (which may be some time!)

Looks better and feels solid in person.

Where are the CALL/END CALL BUTTONS ? Why go through all the trouble of putting a full keyboard on a phone and forget the obvious. Slide screens to answer a call is so backwards.
