Mine sometimes regects password and restart it again after that it cancells all information I have installed and my contacts what can I do

I love this qwerty keypads phone . I just used it for a few months , what I wonder Is why I can't play youtube video online even It has wifi ? And also I can't download any app completely ? Please help me to solve it.

used this for a good 3 years, however technology has became more advanced and unfortunately there was no reason to continue with BlackBerry. Miss the QWERTY keypads though !

The phone 9900 is good, that is what am currently using. But the problem with it is the battery doesn't last even if you deactivate some applications on it and that spoils it.
