                  what about video calls?
and i'm talking about real video calls (network), not using Skype.
i use network video calls quite a lot and i think it's a very usefyl spec.
if i am not wrong, Galaxy W has network video calls, but Neo V doesn't.

                  that's why I'm with Samsung.

Good review content but the opening is a complete fail. "The Samsung Galaxy W and the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V are middle of the Android pack." Please list the leading 3.7" phones.

Whether it's bias, prejudice or ignorance this entire industry is plagued by the misconception that a smaller phone is an inferior phone. If I wanted a really large phone I could buy a tablet or a laptop with a phone card in it.
People don't compare 14" laptops with 17" laptops in reviews so why even refer to larger devices in this review.

benchmark scores wouldn't really tell you everything. i got to test both phones myself, and user experience will tell the difference.

for one, galaxy w have a smooth interface. homescreen moves to the next smoothly. the neo v, have some lag, even with a very few widgets on them. i must say that the SE UI really sucked for me (still have a x10 mini pro, and it suffers from homescreen bugs as well).

never bothered to try out the other feature of the neo. i got the galaxy w, and have used it primarily as a phone. never had the need to hook phone up to a telly, and will never have a need to. if there will be, good ol' wi-fi will do the connectivity thing.
