Apple iOS 6 review: Moving forward

Whatever Android have, that iOS don't, well.. I do not use those features. Widgets? They turn my Samsung S2 so hot that you can make dinner on the back of the phone. Task manager? I do not need to see whatever is running on my phone as long as the OS i stable. Or let's say it like this: a feature Samsung has added and Apple has not: possibility to remove battery. Thank god my Samsung has this option

after the update to ios6 on my i-phone4, i find with wifi reception is become weak. can anyone tell me how do i go back to ios5 please?

I feel like apple was stealing all new features from android so GsmArena your conclusion should have been " Apple just follows the new updates of android, as they dont have innovative ideas" Nothing more!

In the beginning when Nokia decided to go with WP7 instead of Meego, I was the first the bash that decision to the moon and back. It seemed stupid (and in fact it was), assuming that the end result of the switch was just WP7. However, I have to say that WP8 is looking like a real contender now. To me what makes it impressive is the fact that both Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8 use variants of the same OS kernel.
What it means is that apps will be cross compatible in both the desktop and mobile spaces. I can only assume that directX 10 and all the other Windows goodies will be supported as well. Its a surprisingly intelligent move because it leverages Microsoft's dominance in the desktop space. Its bound to create a trickle down effect in the long term, boosting its adoption rates by default through association with Windows 8. That's really the key to its "Dark Horse" status because its a potential game changer (if they can pull it off).
iOS is clearly under-threat, they just don't know it yet. Android could potentially be as well too, but because the Android developement ecosystem is so vibrant (not stagnant like iOS) its effect in the long term for Android is uncertain.
Needless to say.. WP8 is set to do something in the mobile space..

IOS 6 is full of crap.. I have an ipod touch. When I bought it, it was running IOS 4 it updated to IOS 5 I was able to use facetime and iMessage when it updated to IOS 6 I was no longer able to use location services and neither facetime nor imessage. The ipod touch is running slower than usual. Apps just close unexpoectedly. I tried submitting a review to apple but I'm having trouble.. I wanna go back to IOS 5 but don't know how.. HELP

And was interested to see a pic of the iphne4, 4S and iphone5 in a row. They all look Identical. Thanks Apple, you nearly got me there!! But you have just made Samsung, HTC, Motorola , Sony, LG and all the rest of Android phones out there look rally really fantastic! I thought new was supposed to be.. well ..new!. Made up my mind! No boring dull nothing new Apple for me, that’s for sure . Apple has lost the passion lost the plot and has no more X-Factor..

No comments here about losing the Youtube app? I have an ipad and there's no app to replace it. It seems that Apple have gone for greed over quality here. It must be cheaper to produce by losing the glass back, yet the price has gone up. I'm afraid my next phone won't be Apple. My son has the 5 and just putting a bigger screen doesn't do it for me.

Probably the reason a lot of ppl feel it's 'simple' is that even before apple picks it up other pioneers have paved the way already. Apple are only repackaging it.

It r... moreI agree with much of what you say, but I am not sure you can put Android on a pedestal as being so far ahead of the pack. In fact, it may just have peaked, if WP8 is as good as being suggested. Whilst I have a Android device, it is far from being a fully integrated business tool. Sure if you get your rocks off with games all day it is ok, but to me the hardware always exceeded the software. I will wait and see what WP8 is really all about. It is bound to take much of the Apple and Android market share.

Shared photo stream is great, iv tested it today with my friend, i shared photo album with him and he saw it right away in his photo album with his iPad, he can comment photos or like them. He can look those photos sameway with his appletv or iPhone which he doesnt have.
Thats so simple and it works great it doesnt need anything from you. No-one doesnt need to actually send anything for anyone
These are the reasons why iOS devices are so popular among normal people, anyone know how to do that without understanding anything about computers, its just so easy.
And people like that, thats why iOS devices wins every satisfaction surveys.

System-wide Facebook integration? Not that wide apparently. Come on, many other devices have deeper integration already. Like Sony's addition to its android. Some of it showed in this video.
