I only want gsmarena to add HOX+ to the coprasion they said they will do between optimus g to the galaxy s3
i want to make sure i will buy the best the worlds has to offer
Besides that i am afraid that this phone will be like the atrix and will come and stay for along time with a locked bootloader thar will make things for developers a hard life and will slow down or erase the development completely so i think i will be able to chose because as much as i want to buy lg phone which looks great they do have a bad history

Is it hard to see that the LG is better? Or you are another hater and you can't make the difference between reality and fiction, like sammy fanboys do? And the benchmarks really don't matter a lot for a smartphone user. But when you have a phone that dominates every single benchmark test(when it will have JB), then the benchmarks really matter. But until then, spot the differences, because these phones don't come close to each other at all. One is the best, and the other is good. Period! In time you will understand...

dont the same front facing camera not the same battery some changes at the software
And the nvidia chip isnt overclocked its and not the same chip
And it might be that the ram is not on the same speed anyway
I saw the benchmark on antutu too which it seems like HOX+ is slightly
Above the optimus g so i would like too to see the comprasion of those two
And one last thing the video recording is 30 fps and not 24 fps

The only phone that can be at almost the same level with the Optimus G is the ASUS Padfone 2, but ASUS shouldn't be trusted in the phone market, because they have not history in doing that.

And again I tell you. Why do you think Samsung had that much of a success these years? Ok, from what I saw these months, people tend to judge a phone by its OS and the majority of them blast a phone not having the latest build running on it. Why people? Tell me why? This is all you get when you pay those bucks? An operating system, not more? You should feel excited that you have a camera, a phone, a stereo, and a pocketable but powerful computer at your disposal, all in one small gadget. Why do we need to discuss these things over and over again, reaching no conclusion? Why can't we be happy that we can choose from numerous devices that suit our needs. Maybe we like the LG, Iphone, HTC or Samsung's design, but why do we keep showing to the others that our phone is better and their phone is rubbish, even if we all know this isn't true. But I know that none of you will listen to what I said, so nevermind...keep fighting, let's see what you win by doing this.

May not have micro sd card slot but in compensation it has USB Hosting support.

I can make you a short comparison between HTC One X+ and LG Optimus G by saying which spec is better on the Optimus G and One X+(if it has one better than the G; I think it will have, so let's go):
1. OG has LTE
2. OG is thinner
3. OG has better screen resolution and more ppi
4. OG has 2 GB of RAM
5. OG has 13 MP camera, which is better, anyway you take it
6. OX has JB(at least for a small period, the HTC nails this one)
7. OG has better CPU
8. OG supports Flash
9. OG supports Java.
The design and build quality are subjective, so I won't make these part of the comparison.

LG miss the spot again - Potentially great phone let down my only 32gb and no microsd card support. Fine for a 8mb camera but not a 13mb.

BBB, 23 Oct 2012YES PLEASE , i saw in antutu bechmark i think that the HTC ... moreHTC One X+ is almost the same as HTC One X, the same ram, the same thickness, the same screen, no card slot for both, the same camera, ONE X+ has JB and an extra 200 Mhz, which is barely noticeable, and JB can't bring too much for the One X+, maybe it will beat other phones like S3, 4X HD, One X, Meizu, but not the Optimus G. If it'll beat it in a single benchmark, it won't matter at all, what is important is how the phone acts on daily usage, and this phone is doing it in the best possible way. It is a better phone than the others, even if it is on ICS, which again means that it is better optimized, with JB you all realise that it will fly like an eagle.

If I was offered this phone and Nokia lumia920 I would go for the latter one for it's consistency in every department and the build quality. I don't want to get into word war here get me right what I mean ;)

Why do you compare this phone's camera with a Sony camera, when Sony is known for its camera, but for what else?......I remembered for what: for nothing else than the camera. Even without the camera being its top feature, it behaves excellent, more than many of you would ever have. It only wins only 5 benchmarks? With ICS on it? Shame on you, jellybeaners! Korea already has JB, if they remake their benchmarks on a JB Optimus G and change the stock browser, it will win almost all benchmarks. And you said it won "ONLY" 5 benchmarks...5 for OG and 3 for Note 2, who can't even be compared with the other phones in the benchmarks, because it's not a phone, it's a phablet. Nevermind...
If this phone is not the best, you are an ignorant and a sammy fanboy, who doesn't know to appreciate anything else except sammy.

-Camera is way down on the list, not even top 10. It doesnt even beat the 2011 Xperias or 8MP SGS3 and Note II, much less the 12mp Xperia S, SL, Acro S and whatever their names.
-Stills taken while recording video are only 1080p, whats the point? Its just a video stream "screenshot", like saving a frame as JPEG image.
-it only wins 5 out of ten benchmarks. It loses the important ones (browser performance) and it loses with very flying colors. It only achieve total domination in one benchmark, that has little to no relevance for real world usage.
-it has no cardslot.
-It doesnt have jellybean.
(the last two ones alone is enough to declare failure)

Safe to say it will get slaughtered by SGS3 in the upcoming shoot-out. Personally i dont like SGS3 (blue tint pentile display) but all sales numbers tells us that this is the one it must beat, and it has no chance.

But I had to ad some memo for it and also I have another battery. Battery wears off and I needed to replace it. Unless they come up with decent battery life span and capacity until then it matters those factors for me. It is nothing special about all the phones at the moment apart they got beefier CPU and got bigger. I am waiting for the next generation phones. Not sure what they will be like though.

Lg started on mobile market the Wrong Way,by Releasing Below Par phones on the "3" Network in the U.k,an now are struggling to attract buyers because people are worried about there phones being so Unreliable,they also have got to stop copying Samsung phones an construct phones that look different,people might now not like this phone because of the missing micro sd card slot,as we have been use to this function on phones for years
