Michael, 19 Apr 2013Is it true that black berry z10 doesn't have black berry in... moreYeah they are moving away from that towards the A class market like the Androids etc. I can only speak for myself in RSA where data is exorbitantly expensive but apparently in the more developed parts of the world, data isn't a difficult thing to come by; neither is free WiFi so it shouldn't be a big deal.

Excuse me, but why should I give a c... moreYeah Charles, you made a hasty decision and a premature prejudgment of the Z10 (you may already be regretting it :P). We didn't buy this great device for whatsapp alone. And battery is actually good. Perhaps you did not upgrade your OS ? Because the upgrade did a lot to improve battery performance. And almost everyday new apps are jumping in to the Appstore . I can wait for skype even if it takes forever. Because I know BB10 benefit is for the long term. Come back buddy.

Wishing Blackberry all the best. That said, there is NO WAY this can currently equal my GS3 overall. Not being biased, just truthful.

Biggest Disappointment
I have been loyal customer of BB since 2004 and I never missed any model of BB.
I would not go into product details but I just say this is biggest flop , I have been using Z10 for last 15days and I am convince myself on a daily basis that this great innovation of RIM but its not the fact and I switched back to my old TORCH 2.
-lots of bugs
-touch delay response
-Battery works for 5 hours :(
Conclusion: if the product comes like this BlackBerry would become the part of History in one year time.

I tried it at the store and i love it, i will be ditching my Android after a long time, i need something fresh, the Hub, the browser and the keyboard did it for me.

Kiko, 11 Mar 2013this phone is a joke. no whatsapp, no Skype, short battery ... moreHello, Kiko, I have since last March 1, and I tell you the truth, I've updated 2 times, last today and I have no complaints, everything is perfect, even now to download and install the native vesion whatsapp for the BB10, and as I said is very good, not tngo any bug or fault with any of the applications I use regularly, feacebook, twitter, and other social networks you use, it is true that there are still many that are available on other terminals, but with what I have right now is enough for me and spare me. regards

My biggest disappointment is phone size to screen ratio... Even lumia 820 and s3 mini have 4.3 and 4 inch screen despite being smaller phones than z10.. And it's way too pricey !!!!

this phone is a joke. no whatsapp, no Skype, short battery life, facebook is full of bugs as it shows you random news feed from last week and you cant upload photos in a specific album. Z10 sucks bigtime. and stop telling everyone to not compare it with apple or Samsung phones, duhhhhhhh. when you are buying something you compare it with other phones to get the most of it. don't be blind. stay away from this phone im telling you..

Just to let you know you are very wrong. Not everyone thats getting the phone is a blackberry user. Yes blackberrys are behind in the technology area but blackberry lost its cust base when iphones and android got big. Now rim is going to win those users back. And if someone has a blackberry for years its because they actually last unlike iphones and android devices believe me this is coming from someone that has has 4 iphones in 2years, 2 androids in ayear and ONE blackberry thats lasted 3years and still the best phone, most reliable device i have ever had! sorry people that have lives dont need instagram and bull sh*t apps that android and apple have.

Z10 has amazing keyboard no comparision with any brand. Very accurate prediction while typing....... Over all awesome feature's no word to explain these .....only you can feel it on live!!!!!

Its a very competitive market and to release the Z10 without skype or whats app or a proper working facebook or twitter or foursquare is very disrespectful. Blackberries are great but the Z10 is unfurnished. And stop making excuses that whatsapp or skype or other apps wil be released "SOON". Everyone keeps saying soon soon soon soon or its on its way etc. When the truth is iOS and Android has been enjoying it for years already. Stop defending the Z10 cause it doesnt equal iPhone or Galaxy. Even the older blackberries has a proper facebook and longer batterylife. I sold my Z10 because it just cant deliver.

Thanks blackberry for making such a beautiful phone I have it a week and it's the best phone I have ever used, it's lacking apps but I am willing to live without it damn!!!! This phone sweet and I gave away my new Samsung note 2, and the Samsung note is over rated just like the iPhone thanks again blackberry.
