I can save in phone-memory and see the image,but i can't see it if i save on card-memory"?"...So, change the location (menu-settings-stocage-default loc.-PHONE MEMORY),and you should save and see what you want.(extract from MMS)

so, finaly, does it work with more than 256 Mb card? because i heard tons of oppinions and comments...some say it does, some say it does not. does it?

I love this phone and am using a 512MB card in it which works great! This is my second myx6-2 (I sold my first cos I was skint!) and, like my first, I can't save files I receive via MMS. If someone sends a video, for example, and I click to extract, the filename '?' comes up and I click OK to save but it's not saved! If I change the filename before I save it says 'rejected'! This is a different firmware to my first myx6-2 I'm using too, and i've noticed it's a bit faster. Anyone else have trouble saving files from MMS?

without flash(is an error in specifications)
micro SD max 256 MB is better
photo not very good but acceptable

Do the classic thing(get out the battery for a few seconds)and if you still can't acces the camera from "menu" or the side-button,go back to the shop(store)and show them this probl.

@Stefan:To be 100%onest i was looking for a phone with microSD card-slot and good camera.Happy with the choise i made!(thinking a little at Samsung D600)
6230i except name and radio(+little soft things)is inferior to 6-2(the orig.soft,not Orange).
So if you don't have a MMC card(for 6230i) or Orange points(the Orange-phones got a inferior soft)buy a 6-2,from www.domo.ro(664RON)with orig.soft.Even so is the best price-quality on the market!

do you think i should get this and not the 6230i?...thinking about the pirce, that is twice as big for the nokia and all the features that are about the same?...what;s your oppinion?

I think this mobile is so nice but really I have some questions about it and hope to find the answers here
1- What about the MP3 player? Can it play back and forward in the same song or audio file or it is just a simple play/pause player?
2- Is the problem of larger memory cards as 512 MB or 1 GB is just video recording? So can I play a large video (e.g. 100 MB) from the card without freezing?
3-the camera really have a flash?
4- What is better a USB cable or a card reader?

You can install a music-player but will not work.You can't record direct on card(Orange)and you can't make an up-date(no FIRMWARE)...

I need some help with this phone!Who can tell me if I can install another music player,as the one on Motorola V360?And if I have the Orange soft,I can't record directly on the card?Can't I upgrade the soft at a Sagem service center?

I have a tip for music lovers: use mp3pro format. Its unbelieveble. The largest song is about 2 mb but the quality is astonishing. The output volume is louder than the speakers on my laptop. Use dBPowerAmp for encoding. Have fun.

You can solve the probl.if you change the location of video recording(not direct on card but in phone-memory: Menu-setings-stocage-default locations-my videos-mobile)That's why Sagem recom.up to 256MB.You can use up to 1GB but not for "direct on card video-record".

Is there anyway to stop this phone from freezing when using a larger card. If anybody needs any games for the phone, email me. I have 170 of them :)

You can record up to 256MB(don't use a bigger card because the phone will freaze)with original Sagem soft.Or 'till the bat.will die.But with Orange-soft you can record ONLY in phone-memory(around 8MB max.)
