this is for the people who are confused between b7320 and nokia E series models..
first of all windows based mobile gives different experience in terms of use, those who are not familiar to windows may find a bit discomfort while using the machine but as u get use to it, then u will find many features that u havent thought of at the time of buying this machine. i must tell u that windows allows you to customize the phone, use it once and u will be crazy for the windows machine..
B7320 is a very good machine although. those who complaint about Camera, please buy a Digital SLR camera for excellent pictures. Besides B 7320 has a very good picture quality, i made the video call and the secondary camera also is above my expectation. its a business machine, respect it like a business machine.

Jahanzeb, 24 Feb 2010anyone tell me plz can we install software like nimbuzz etc... moreyes you can download as long as the phone has enough memory it has windows meaning that as long as your application is compatible with windows then you can download it comfortably, jus watch out for viruses from the freeware!!

marwan, 25 Feb 2010I agree with Sam that a smart phone is used for browsing an... more Reg. missed calls, I dont understand ur problem. You just need to press the call accept key (left extreme one above Q & W) and look for the symbol with an exclamation mark prefixed ( >! ) before the number.

I agree with Sam that a smart phone is used for browsing and document editing and so on. But that does not mean that it should lack the basic contact, call, and message management things. I give you an example, in b7320, to get to missed calls you need to go to call history and then filter for missed calls, while in a very basic none smart phone you get there much easier. A very basic phone can browse then net via WAP or wireless.. A very basic phone have document viewing
facility, and these basic phones do not cost more than 100$ now a days, so why pay this much money for a smart phone that does not give any additional thing.

I'm a loyal supporter of nokia E series, especially E71, which is one of the best smartphone ever made. But recently I switched to omnia pro 7320 and discovered that this is not such a bad phone like many say, though it does look like a clone of E series and blackberry. For me when I use a smartphone, I emphasize on the office functions and ease of web-browsing. B7320's mobile office is better than E71 in terms of viewing and editing comfort. As for web-browsing, though E71 rocks with high speed opera mobile, B7320 truly satisfies me with very smart netfront browser (u hafta download it thru the net) with various viewing options and loads almost anything at ultra high speed. Amazing! One more thing is the myriad home screen styles B7320 provides which caters to yr different needs. For me, for super convenient navigation thru the whole phone w/o much clutter on home screen, I'm using the samsung multiclock screen. U hafta try it out to see what I mean though ;) Push email is just as good as E series, in fact editing and emailing is in fact better with windows system. Anyway, to sum up, this is really a SMARTphone, flexible and user-friendly. But if you haven't bought it I would recommend B7330 which is the enhanced version though featurewise still about the same. One shortcoming though, but if you don't mind is that the battery does not last as long as the E series, esp the latest E72 which boasts up to 4 days fr regular usage.

Most of the issues related to upgrade have been resolved with great difficulty though IE sucks. Thinking of deleting it permanently.

You can find the details for accessing Admin Mode. in the orkut group created for Omnia Pro B7320 - Forum Help Desk. The network messages give the location of the Cell Tower accessed by the Phone.
