bagas, 25 Feb 2010I don't have this model C5212, but from my experience using... moreI purchased a C5212 on 22nd Feb and since last two days I have tried everything to create playlists of my mp3 files and succeeded just now. I earlier used a Sagem Bleu 670x for almost 2 years, (a very good phone) and just wanted a change. The Sagem had a directory on the memory card called "My Music" to create playlists from; the Samsung could not make playlists from this directory, so I experimented by copying a couple of files into the "Music" directory on the phone. This worked so I then tried copying them to the "Music" directory on the Memory Card. It worked. So I moved ALL my music files from "My Music" on the memory card to "Music" on the memory card. IT WORKED. There is a limitation - you can have a maximum of 4 Playlists comprising 30 mp3 files each. Would appreciate very much if anyone can find some way around this. It is a great phone as good as any South Korean product. Thanks very much to Samsung.

hi, its me again. I just bought a new samsung c5212. just want to know what is the difference between Samsung C3212 and C5212? in terms of battery life? It says in the specifications that both have a 1000 mah battery but they have a difference in standby time. Please anyone can answer my queries? once again thanks a lot...

sai, 24 Feb 2010can we add music to playlist from memory card or is it requ... moreI don't have this model C5212, but from my experience using Samsung phones, normally all music track (both on phone memory and external memory) will shown in ALL TRACKS folder on MUSIC PLAYER menu...u can add any tracks into playlist from this folder..
There is no option to add music files into playlist while browsing the files on the memory card, so the only way to add them is from ALL TRACKS folder I've already mentioned..
note : if the music files doesn't shown in ALL TRACKS folder, just reboot the phone so the system can re-read the memory card and all files added into it.

we can send messages from both the sims simontaneously just select the sims by pressing the side button on right side then u can see on top of screen the curcuor move from one sim to other. if u have any dought feel free to call on 9908195462

this phone would be a great phone if it`s battery lasts longer , they say it allows you to have 3 hrs talk time but it is much less , i speak 60 min a day and i charge it 2 to 3 times daily, i sold it because of that.

I am using C5212 mobile and I have installed KD Player 0.9.6 (media player), Sun Mobile Dictionary (english dictionary with 12000 words/ meanings), Opera Mini 4.2, Opera Mini 5 beta 2, Opera Mini 1.27 modified unofficial version, MiniCommander 4.1, FileExplorer 1.0 etc.
