bought it feb. 17,2011 @SM sta. mesa the unit is still sealed from the box, went home with the unit. after 5 days i noticed theres a scratch (the unit was never been dropped) at the front upper left portion of the frame., my question is, is cosmetic parts like the frame covered with samsung warranty? even though the unit is very cheap (P5,500), i guess i have the right to complain, becoz its still considered as a factory defect...

I am using window7and just 10 days back I have purchased samsung t335phone.Iam using it as modem connecting to Laptop.In the day time the Internet usage is ok but in the night it is very very slow pl suggest why? Any solution ?

Is anybody else having a problem with task reminders on this phone?
Coz mine restarts every time the task alarm goes off. There're no problems with the other Alarm feature, it's just the task reminder that causes the phone to reboot.
Also, tags are screwed up on the Music player. I use tags to organize my songs. These tags worked well when I had the Champ, but when I put them on this phone, they registered, but there are extra non-English characters in the end. The phone can't seem to group them together.
Do you think if I do the upgrade that'll be fixed?

on my music player- in my nokia phones.. the song plays good .. but here in my s3350 why is it like jumping c.d or a pirated one .. i just transferred some music from my nokia phone to my new s3350 via bluetooth..
is der sum1 who has d'same problem?

I've had my own for less than a week.
Phone's good. Music quality is good. Got to love the black one.
I do love the metallic feel to the phone. And it doesn't look cheap... compared to X2-01 or C3 which I reckon just looks too plastic-y.
And honestly... in my country anyway, Samsung Cha@t 335 and Nokia C3 cost almost the same. Very small difference.
Regarding playing music and texting, yes, you can do that. You need to go to the Music Application. NOT "My Files". I thought I couldn't multi-task such simple tasks such as Music or Texting but eventually figured it out. Opening or playing music from "My Files" ends the song once you hit "Back".
Haven't tried uploading pics to my FB directly using the phone. Curious on that if anyone has advice.
I do have a mobile number linked to my FB as well already.

when ever i write a msg, it " character support" changes into unicode, although i saved that on automatic option then also it keep on changing, can anyone tell me is there any other way to resolve this issues

What convertor you people using for transcoding videos?..i use format factory...i don't get the intended sound(very low), but good video quality

himanshu, 21 Feb 2011How can i use push email ?no push email. only pull on this one. not a smartphone- you have to set the interval in which the phone is scheduled to retrieve emails from the server. the best setting i can recommend is imap.
