i have bought this phone 18 days back and it really sucks!!i really mean it apllications do'nt minimize and my optical track pad is dead!!it has stop working!!worst mistake of my life to bought this phone!!samsung people u reading this this phone really suckss!!

what is covered with samsung 1 year warranty service here in the philippines? when the unit turns on and off?, not charging?, headset is not working?, no sound? what else? how about physical appearance of the cellphone like scratch? is it covered?

bought the unit samsung chat335 5 days ago, its a nice cellphone, but i noticed at the frame front left upper portion, there is a scratch, but it can only be seen thru a magnifying glass. if ur gonna just look at the unit, it is not that noticeable. but my concern is, is it covered and or under the one year warranty for factory defect? even it is not noticeable, but for me it is still considered as a factory defect, right? too bad! im from the philippines by the way. bought the cellphone at fone style SM sta. mesa! but the unit is still sealed when i bought it. they dont open any samsung unit, they will just open it if ur going to buy it. and once we put the sim, theres a text from SAMSUNG, saying ENJOY AND THANKS FOR PURCHASING SAMSUNG. well i guess i got a brand new unit but with a scratch factory defect...=)

6.easy Wi-Fi access
7.durable and smudge-free
Chat 335 has:
1. nice trackpad
2. classy smart design
3. good user interface
4. not so good qwerty pad
5. a bit expensive
6. easy drained battery
so which is better?
C3 is better.

hey guys i bought this handset last week and i must say its an amazing phone. it has all those advanced features which a business phone has. Its a true value for money coz the phone is having a smart look with good features.

just 2 days battery life. do you have the same experience with your phone. io call a lot, that should be a problem right?
