It is given that it supports mp4 but when i download mp4 videos it shows format not supported whre as sometimes it plays mp4 videos easily .... It also does not support new applications .. Also it not even support net browsers properly

Good software of this phone.
bluetooth is little bit slow and wifi of not that high class

I have been using this phone for 1 week. I oscilated between this one and Nokia c3 but i finally choosed Samsung. I know for sure that i have made a good choice.
Pros:
- fast wi-fi.
- good look.
- very good optical trackpad (i do not know how it will work after 6 months but i heard that there are no problems later).
- the menu and is very good and it is easy to search the phone.
- the qwerty keyboard it's good. some people say that the buttons are to small but i say it is very easy to get use to it.
- enough card memory (8 GB), altough some can say that's not enough. it really depends on preferences.
- very cheap!
- good battery; if you stay on the internet it won't last more that one day but if you just use it to talk and send mesages and listen to music the battery will last at least 1 week.
- YES you can download applications but not all of them will work properly. BUT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD GAMES!!!
- good mp3 player.
Cons:
- bluetooth it;s very slow when you send. when you recieve it's pretty fast.
- lack of GPS.
- cannot play youtube videos by itself (only throw wi-fi connection)
- lack of 3G.
- the camera has only 2 megapixels but makes good photos.
All in one i think this is a good and cheap phone, and i totaly recommend it!

i like the design thats y i buy it. but about the internet it is always lack of memory, i have already a 2gb micro sd. and internet is very slow.

nokia c3 is the best....
samsung chat cannot support higher resoultion images and sensors not working properly

I just bought a unit of this 3 days ago. Is it normal to this unit that it shutdown then restart auomatically everytime i logged out to the facebook and it's wi-fi automtically turned off?

I keep getting insufficient memory message. I have a 2gb memory card installed. photos and all other items i have set for the memory card. Why do i keep getting this message when accesing the internet?
