Does this phone have smart contacts search? i.e. if u have a contact named George Michael and u r searching for contacts and u type Michael, will George Michael show up? Plz answer me urgently because i need to buy this phone tomorrow and this feature is so important to me.. thanks

on a scale 1 to 10 ad give it a 4...coz of the shape prettiness. The video is the worst ever,its soo basic,camera wen compared wit nokia's 5230(2mp) its like it has a curtain on its camera that has not been drawn! Sound is awesome, it suports basic java not recent versions of java. Batterylife is super!

at first i like the model since it has WIFI.but later on,im starting to hate this samsung chat! it just happened that whenever i got an icoming call it automatically shutdown! it just happened after 6months of use! i hate this phone now!

.....the rest comments are fine
a. cheap phone with fast WIFI

nits, 30 Aug 2011is nimbuzz work on samsung chat335??? Yes but it will say to you all the time out of memory on the Nokia C3_00 it can run smoothly.

you have to consider two facts,
1. Buying a mobile which is having a good looking - In this case Ch@t beats C3, it looks valuable than itz price, further camera is better also the keypad ( C3's is not bad @ all, just ch@t has a BB look & feel)
2. Buying a mobile for a cheap price with more functionality- Here you should definitely go for C3, since ch@t dsnt support at least themes than the 3 that it has while nokia has ovi store, and you cant play mp4 than 320x240 resolution in ch@t
apps wise ch@t sucks, nokia rules :)
GPRS is faster in C3, youtube vid can be viewed, while ch@t is not supporting..
So, if you are looking for lots inside this budget go for C3, and if are looking for the BB like look and feel, then there's ch@t

The phone wants a message alert tone that lasts at least 10 seconds, so if you use a tone that lasts less than 10 seconds, the phone will repeat it to fill up the remaining time. The solution; use an audio program like gold-wave to extent your message alert tone to 10 seconds or more, by adding extra seconds of silence at the end.
