Hey, I've just got the D500, wicked phone. I have downloaded easystudio so I can transfer pics to my pc, but I don't know how to transfer pics and sounds to the phone from my pc. Can anyone help. Cheers.

the best fone in the world u can video record 4 1 hour loads of memory mp3 player is clear well designed bluetooth infared u can charge it up without plugging it into the wall brill fone

how do i send mp3 and video and jave and etc files to mu phone thru my pc. i linked it with a usb cable. i also downloaded everything from the disc that it cam with but how do i just send it to my phone

you may not be able to use the web browser on your phone properly because it's unlocked therefore unable to access a service's internet like a locked phone can.

I have not seen a handy like D 500 so far.Samsung created a wonderful machine.I do not know how they did it but it seems that perfect.Except,price.

not impressed i have had three D500 phones within a week and not one of them works correctly when using the web i know it is not my connection but a problem with the phone so can anyone advise me of a better phone with the same spec or better.

I have both phones, the K700i and the D500
The D500 would be a good phone if the K700i was not around.
The K700i can say the person's name of the caller when he/she calls. The D500 can't
The D500 cant vibrate and play an mp3 as a ringtone together. The K700i can.
It is very difficult to install downloaded games to the d500. The K700i can.
With 3gp commpression I am able to play over 10 music videos on my K700i. It can be done with the D500 with a lot of effort.
You can use an mp3 as a message tone on both phones.
The K700i has a joystick which makes it very easy while typing a message, playing games, browsing through menus. The D500 has 4 tiny arrow keys.
The D500 Looks good.
So if you want a phone with limited features that looks good, take the D500
If you want a phone that has kick-ass features, with a battery life that lasts take the K700i.
I own both these phones, one is for the looks and the other is to make me look good.

this phone rocks!! mp3 is clear, camera is sharp, video is great, dynamic memory, blue tooth, infrared, mms, email, etc..wat can i say?? its the best phone a student can have..maybe its even the best phone one can have..
nevertheless there are sum bad points bout it also..
-short battery life
(but it can at least last you for a day)
-cannot vibrate while playing mp3 and any tones
-heavy
its a gd hp after all..and the bad points are very minor..wudn affect ur choice too much..

this is the best samsung phone ,,, before i had D410 ,,, d500 is the best casue it has handsfree system

I got my d500 a few days ago. The phone is great but the bluetooth is not.Is anyone else having any trouble?

Had a D500 now for around 4 weeks, and it is the best phone I have ever owned!
So statement from someone who has had Nokia all his life. Had the 6270 for 1 day, but sent it back! cannot get on with symbian on a Nokia.
Get the D500, great fun, great features, great phone.

I have had my D500 for about 2 weeks now. I was considering the Motorola V635 at first but only because it has a memory card slot. I now know ive made the correct choice!!
Good Points:
It looks good. Well made. The voice quality is excellent. Good quality pictures and videos. Easy to use. Nice MP3 player. Speaker phone quality good. Tons of memory. Handy bluetooth, seems faster than my old V600's 'tooth and easier to use. Suprisingly good battery performance. Internal antenna.
Not so good points:
Would benefit from large memory card capability to take full advantage of MP3 player. Does not vibrate and ring at same time (As with old V600). Can sometimes slide open in pocket.
Overall a very very good phone. Fix the small niggles and you have the perfect mobile phone!

Two weeks ago I was faced with waiting for the d500 or taking the sony ericsson K700i, so I took the K700i, and placed an order for the d500. Today I received my d500, :/ Nothing special. The phone cant vibrate and play an mp3 together. it vibrates and then plays an mp3. My K700i can do both together.
The d500 doesn't even have a radio, which my K700i has.
Yippie, at least the d500 has more memory. But with all that memory, the battery cant support it.
Yet I can download more then 10 music videos to my K700i, and show them off all day long.
Simply put, I am dissapointed with the D500, I expected so much more.

Yeah get one. great little phones absolute quality. i got mine today. dont get a gay white one tho.
