can someone help me.i have installed the samsung software for pc studio 3 and usb,but when i plug in the usb that has been connected to the phone, clicked on the samsung pc studio and select manage photos the photo album screen appears. i then click on file-> connection and select USB but it doesn't read the USB... and remains not connected!! pls help!! i bought a new usb cable but still doesn't work!!! it's hard to take the matter up because the fone shop in Australia will refer to the service centre and the service centre won't know my problem unless i bring my laptop and phone over to them and they generally won't entertain that! so i don't know if it's the phone/usb/software/ ???? appreciate any advice I can get!! thanks heapsssss

i have visited highstreet stores and have been informed the D600 supports 3G however the specs you provide say it doesnt? please advise

oh this is the same guy that before, 512mb max and the down button is quite hard to press down but i'll get use to it

i just got the d600 a few hours ago and its HECTIC! max memory for card slot is 512mb btw.

what is the highest microSD memory card capacity that this phone takes? can it support 1GB... or even 2GB?

hey! the phone is only avaiable in charcoal grey in the UK, if you wanna change colour u need to buy a loada stuff n get it fitted etc etc but i wudnt recommend it as it costs a bomb

Its an ok phone with everything on it the only problem is the battery life yes maybe it should have been charged for a while before switching it on when brand new but who does that in this day and age? I've had cheaper less desirable phones but they've lasted at least 3 or 4 days when they've been charged my advice don't buy this phone if you think your gonna ever need it in an emergency

Does the D600 come in just black/charcoal grey colour or does it also come in pure black with no grey???? No one seems to be able to answer this question ...

I dnt think the d600 is as gd as it was ment 2b.It's just little thing's like the battery life time and the video recording is exactly the best.But other then that it's a pritty DECENT phone!!!

The D500 which I have isn't good @All in Video recording especially @ Night where there is insufficient light &
the video QualiTy is even worse when viewed on pc, While the D600 is in place @ the Top regarding the video recording,
also D500 Lacks the Full screen mode which exists in D600,
D600 is the best phone EVER...

a Q to all D600 users who has been using it for a few months now, how is the slider like after a few mths, is it in anyways loose or getting loose i.e if u push it up a bit does it like move ever a little bit or isit like when it's brand new, tight n solid ?? apart from that does the slider create any problems for all u users at all or ahs it been smooth sailing?? thanks for all the responses first n have a nice day...

My D600E is rebooting each time I try and use as a modem to connect to the www.
Is this a software problem? Is the software available online?
Cannot get comment from Samsung SA - who claim to over support from 8am to 8pm during week days but they do not even answer their calls and I tried 5 times!

I was almost swayed not to purchase this ph due to some comments on here about battery life; I no my Sam E330 didn't have great batt life. So I thought I'd give it a rave review to others considering it.I bought it and absolutely love it. Battery lasts almost a wk and I use a lot of the functions constantly!!
