i've called the samsung canada, they said that the phone can not be serviced in canada because the product isn't in the production line. i was to contact samsung UK for service.

i posted a message about my phone not charging, i was stuck wondering what was goin on for couple of days. i tried charging it from 3 different comps for 3 days in a row but no luck. i plugged it to my sister's car charger and it worked!!! it started charging. i was able to charge and connect to the computer by USB. everything seems to be working fine now. thanks for your input TNT and DEN
the reason (i feel) the cause of the problem might have been the fact that i plugged it into a computer without the drivers installed.

I downloaded the CD.. but dont know how to load pic&music from labtop..
Do i hv to read the manual throughly..what is the easiest way?

yes, i have bought this phone 2day, what i can say it is very nice phone.

it means that it wont match with windows xp, but you have windows xp so it should have to match with it, i don't know either just look in the user-manual of try search around, to look for the problem.
lol:P btw i got windows ME that wont match with the studio 3.0cd sucky but yes i will see. :D

I was hesitant at first of buying a samsung phone, but by far this phone does not compare to any other samsung phone. THe mp3 and video player is awesome and the speakers are cool too. SCreen resolution is top quality, my only qualm is that i wish i got the 600E with EDGE.

Was in doubt btw this d600 or SEk750 (there's no nokia at the same level), went for the first and am very satisfied. Great phone with minor flaws... who cares about 3G... I had a 3G Motorola e1000, had to charge the f****** battery every single night and by the way I hadnt used the 3G features cause I didnt want to pay to watch TV... I can watch TV at home without paying anything... And radio...? There's a huge memory and an INCREDIBLE sound system to play my best mp3s... I used to avoid korean made technology/automotive products but changed my mind after this one. cheers

To get it connected to PC install the software AND go through Windows Installation Wizard! F****** Windows!

TNT: i think it is a charger problem. my mum has a samsung phone, that shes had for about 3 years. i used her charger 2 days ago and I still have full battery! and i text and take photos loads during the day! i will post again in a few days to let you know how the battery is holding up using this charger.

just tried to install samsung pc studio 3.0 disc onto windows xp, but half way through install computer says disc does not comply with windows xp logo. what does this mean?

hi,
i got the d600 yesterday and it is awsum the camera is amazing and the menu cool one prob is that when you plug it into the tele the picture quality isnt very good but on the hole this is the best phone out right now.

via bluetooth or the usbcable, you have to install software before it will work.

What does the "Reply Path" feature do in Message | Settings | Text message | Send Settings?
I know that "Reply Path lets the recipient of your message to send you a reply message through your message center if provided by your network."
What does this mean? Is it something just on Samsung mobiles?

they have left some usefull features out of the phone, like infrared, radio, voice dial, and some more. and that's kinda sucky, but yes it's your flavour which phone you want ''one with more features or one with design'' i like them both, but hard to find. before you buy a new phone, first look which one can be yours. that's why most people buy a phone and in time they will sell it.
