Please can somebody help me. In my phone in the contacts(phone book). When I try to divide them in groups. I go and chech in groups and they all appear as errors. Can someone try to do that and tell me if this is normal in all d600 or in just mine.
    Please try it and respond.

Hi. I love this phone but a little disappointed with one thing, which I hope isn't a fault in all models. Mine sometimes switches itself off when its under pressure to do something, e.g. send/receive a file using bluetooth, send a text, take a picture, listen to MP3, receive a call... it has done this about 15 times. Has anybody else had similar problems? As I said, I hope this is just a fault in my model as I am going to get a new one tomorrow.

When I say the display doest last, I mean the date and time (which, on the D500 stays on) on the D600 the display goes completely dark you have to press a key to see the display, its a retrogressive step!!

yeh i'm a bit gutted about that as well. does it really matter is the phone is not fully charged when you start using it, if ur still charging it whilst its on...if im making any sense!?
are there any other poor features which i should watch out for?

fully charge is most probably more than 4, the settings for the ringing is either Vibrate, Melody OR vibrate THEN melody, cannot have it at same time was a bit gutted about this and also i've tried getting round the message settings and cannot find anywere where u can set it 2 save any sent items..

thanks david, so are we talking about 4 hours or longer?
are u sure that your sent items are not stored and why does it not vibrate and ring simultaneously - ur making me doubt some of the features on this fone!

Jo i received mine today had been charged for a bit, just kept it on charge while i was using it..fantastic phone shame about the messages that u send not being put into the sent items/outbox and not being able to have the ringtone WHILE it vibrates. 9/10

I have two moans......I have just bought a D600 after owning a D500 for nearly a year. The first moan is the display doesnt stay on like the D500, and the second is the little ledge for shutting the slider is missing! Anyone else in agreement?

Don't know what Dave below is moaning about. The D600 isn't that big and is a great phone. However what I am a little disappointed with is the lack of voice recognition, and the Bluetooth implementation - this makes it very difficult to use with great car kits like Parrot. I still like it though, and its style is absolutely second to none.

The samsung D600 has been highly anticipated. I should say that it is the most highly anicipated phone this year. Why? It appears the manufactureers postponed the launching date. Buty if you ar one of those samsung fans, if you've been waiting all these while like me, I guess it was worth the wait. Because the Samsung D600 will not disappoint you. How? Equioed with a @ megapixels camera, Video in Mp4 and 3gp format, 88 megabyte internal drive and a choice to expand with a transflash drive. TV output, Picsel viewer for documents, Bluetooth, MP3 player.... What more does one need in a phone? I think Samsung has done it again. you will never regret buying the D600. Do As I've done. You are only a few steps from the greatest multi-media High specs phone of the year!

using bluetooth is alot faster , as the USB cable using system res, and the blue tooth usb doesnt use that much , just get a adapt off ebay plug it in and watch the tunes fly to your phone, also try shutting down any programs you have running in the background this may help.....its worth a try if it still playing up get a Blue tooth adapt
