and i just think that the d600 is a better phone i didnt say that the k750 isnt but i would prefer the d600 and i dont like the design of the k750

again the k750 (w800) only have a better camera better mp3 and more memory but the display isnt that good the phone is very unstable i dont know if the samsung d600 is stabel but it does have better features and tv out put is also good for multi media
for example u came from a long vacation u made a lot of pictures u want to show it to ure familie what would u prefer?
1. that u can show it on your tv (lets say a screen thats 30 inch)with a camera thats above average
2. u can show the pictures on a screen thats 2inch or something with a great camera.
i would go for nr1 caus its logical so the camera from the k750(w800) is better but the d600 tv out put is logical and that compensates with the average camera

Hey all! Wow all comparing again.. come on u love it u buy it dont compare.. if it suits u, JUST BUY IT.. dun think about other factors & dun compare the more u compare the more u suffer.. due to the specs and everything lol n this hurts ur mind haha.. so u wan it u BUY it.. ok? gogogo!

Yeah Steve, your right, a select few stores have got the phones but cannot start selling until the network gives them the all clear when the other stores have them. Thats whats happening at Vodafone Southampton.

in that link that i provided, it is said that the camera is comparable to N70 and inferior to both K750 and N90.
And you mention that D600 has a lot better screen quality with that. Also you forgot to mention that it can also open all office document which K750 cannot do.
If you are a businessman who need to keep on your work everytime, you might need this phone. Since i am not, K750 is a better choice for me.. it has a lot better camera (Screen quality does slow down the phone like N90). It also has a lot better Mp3 player (in the earphone.. since i dun believe that mono can win against 3D sound even if it is by sony). It has a bigger memory.. so i can store a lot of pic and mp3. And basically K750 is cheaper than D600.. why would i bother about getting D600? To be honest, i dunno how expensive the D600 is, but it is certainly more expensive than D500 (here D500 is as expensive as K750). BTW, you forgot to mention about the bluetooth technology... sony ericsson has the best bluetooth technology (samsung just started with D500!!!). adieu.

what ure sating isnt reasonable u only mensions the minor things of the d600 but how about the manyt many many features of the d600 thatfar surpasses the features of the k750 and w800 the only thing the se phones have better is camera radio and memory with screen quaLity they dont even come close to the d600 and u talking bout the p[eople herew working for samsung ure stupid u come to the d600 forum and start dogin on the d600 and praisin the SE thats lame

I can understand why the networks are holding up the release, they have to lock them and brand the handsets with their annoying graphics. However, by the end of next week there should at least be some sim-free handsets around.

Do some of you work for Samsung? Looks so. You are all so hung on this phone-you didn`t even try it yet, please be reasonable. In order to beat Sony Ericsson K750i this phone has to have it all and even more. Is it real, well I`m not sure. The only things I know it already beats K750i is a quad-band feature,which is a smart move from S. But if it still can`t record phone converstion as it was on D500, no radio, no assignable menu items to the dedicated buttons-then HELL NO!!! It`s just another try to get close to SonyEricsson and maybe even smell success-only smell. But not more then that. Although I hope that those fetures I mentioned will be available, `cause I need a quad-band phone dammit. Excuse my expression.

Maybe D600 will be out for the holiday seasons and I am very excited because this phone will make big on sales.
I just can feel it's aura and everybody will love and buy this amazing and powerful phone. This phone will make SAMSUNG overtake MOTOROLA for the SECOND time in the market share for mobile phone. I wont brag for D600 functionS and features, just wait for this phone and SAMSUNG D600 does makeS a difference.

Production did start in August, but it was initially intended for production for release in June/July, so the date has moved by at least a quarter.
Expansys are a good retailer, and pretty reliable, but they will get the phone after the principal retailers and other sim free sellers. They are not usually the first to get phones, and tend to set up alot of pre-orders. I would try the Link, or Livetelecom or a retailer like that. They will get the D600 first. If Samsung release elsewhere in Europe first, some will appear on eBay pretty quickly also.

It only started production in the middle of August so the release date hasn't changed much since then.

D600 is not out in any stores in UK at the moment. CPW does NOT have it, and neither does Link, P4U, Voda or O2.
There is some hope that it should be out in the next two weeks, with the Link getting it possibly on Wednesday - but all of this frankly is moveable. Samsung and/or the retailers could move the dates the same way they have repeatedly the last few months.

How is the D600 not as good as the D500 because of memo loss!!!??? It has gained a memory card, better camera, better screen, picsel viewer....etc. What kind of comparison is that, based on memo??

the d600 is not as gud as the samsung d500 beacause of the memo loss.
but the phone is still very good.
the camra is better than d500.
