No, you'll end up buying a crap phone next month, then the D600 will be released a couple of weeks after that. You'll end up with old technology and the price of your "new" phone will halve almost immediately.

Those in India don't have to wait more than eight months for this phone.
>Samsung executives hope to launch the SCH D600
>in the next three to eight months in India

well i dont want a k750 but some friends have to wait, but i dont have to wait for my d600 if i can't one of the first post. my phone is broken and now i am using my old panasonic gd 90

Why you all comparing Sony Ericsson to Samsung? I've had a couple of Sony Ericsson phones on different networks and they have all had crap reception, mates of mine have also had same problem in the past. What's the point of having a phone full of features if the signal strength is poor ?

There are reasons why you should get D600 over K750i. The video recording resolution of D600 is in CIF (352 × 288), while the sonyericsson's k750i records in 176 x 144 pixels. This shows that D600's mpg-4 video clip resolution is 4 TIMES BETTER THAN K750i!!!
By the way, to all nokia fans, plz shove your chips 'n cards and stop whinning about comparison between N90 & d600. These phones haven't been released yet, thus hard to prognosticate whether which one takes the cake or not. Plz suit yourselves with your favorite nokia dream phone and take it to your own, don't come to samsung thread and start yammering with mouth full of sh**

hey wiz_ter, what kind of ignorant snip-off are you?? n90 is targeted for different market, besides the price is just monolithic, so plz dont compare d600 with n90. Sorry to tell ya but i dont want to carry a walkie-talkie in my pocket, would be funny to imagine a person with tight jeans dragging his leg with that N90 in his pocket, how is he going to compensate his maneuver when taking every steps??? LOL

Anyway 550 Euros? I'm sure I can get it for well under USD$500, even shortly after launch.

The K750 screen is only half the resolution of the D600. The phonebook capacity is half. There is no built-in Picsel file viewer.
The battery time - lies. Those are *claimed* times only from the manufacturer, yet the battery capacity (in mAh) is almost identical. There will certainly not be so much difference in talktime. Samsung is probably more honest with their claimed time.
To choose between a K750 and D600? There is simply no choice. Unless the K750 is half the price and they are aiming at the old-techology end of the market (ie. el cheapo product for poor people). Maybe the K750 is the kind of phone to buy for your child, should be something you get for free with a happy meal.
