try a V3i to compare the DURABILITY that im talking about!!!!! my cousin loves samsung fones but all of it didnt function well enough
because of it's durability !!! one day her samsung fone fell out out from the car and it stoped working, my siser had a v3i and it fell on the stairs and it still works !!!

hey guys, i heard about the new iphone! i think its cool and lots of good features. W o W... what do u think? but i still like my samsung d 830 cause i just bought it. if only the prize wasn't so high!! maybe about 400, i would consider buying iphone!too bad...

D830 is one of my fave fones !! they come in this 9.9 mm thin clamshell that is awesome !!
it looks really great but it lacks features like all samsung fones !!
samsung has great technology but they must come up with functionality and durability as well !!

Its not made of pure metal the battery cover is the rest is titamium and magnesium infused black plastic

yea its anoyying how u cant have both at the same time...and by the time its done vibrating and the ringtone plays like 2 seconds it goes to voicemail or w.e
hmmm =\...but also the ring volume is very low too...but when it plays on the the player it sems a bit louder

mine d830 has tone+vibrate
but ringing seems to be quite quiet,that was problem in the beginning,but ive got used to it already

To get oled to stay on go to settings then light settings then show cover indicators and turn that on
There is no way to directly save videos and pics to memory card
How do you get apps and games?
Mp3 loudness is decent is you have good qualiity music at leist 192kb/s bitrate
Samsungs are anoying in that way you cannot have Tone+Vib only one at a time
But the next release should have it

does anyone know how to turn on the vibration??? not for silent mode but for outdoor...cuz i cant seem to get my phone to vibrate, it only plays the ringtone

just brought it yesterday, the mp3 sound sux, i had so much miss calls & unread messages due to the poor mp3 & message tones, in the end, i had to set the ring tone off... will sell it off today & get the d900 CK edition instead... folks, dun get this phone, trust me...
