I have a few queries, can someone please help me out:
1. How do you turn down the volume on the alarm. Is there a volume control when setting the alarm?
2. When the alarm goes off and you press OK or anykey it doesnt turn it off, but goes off again in 5 mins, how do you get it to turn off after pressing the OK or any button?
3. When synchronising the number changes to the default mobile No. How you prevent this?
4. Is it possible to download message tones or only ringer tones?
5. When dialing a No. a message comes up on the screen saying 'conditional forwarding' what does this mean
I have searched thru the manual but couldnt find any answers to the above

can i edit or rotate my downloaded pictures??? because some of my pic can be edited its says pic viewer can anybody der help me . . . =) tnx

To mz.The e900 is only a triband phone.Triband phones of any kind are useless as far as i'am concerned.Plus the d900 has a 3 meg camera as you probably already know.

Ohh i nearly forgot, the camera on it is great though. Its better than a sub £80 digital camera from the shops. The pictures are decent quality so its nice in that respect. As for mp3 player, the battery is just not good enough to use like this.

I have to say this camera does look pretty cool but feels really cheap!!I came from a 500 which has a better build quality. I suppose they have to keep it flimsy to make it so small.
Its nice though my other major complaint is that the battery seems to last about 2 days. Which i think is pretty poor. I dont use it excessively and my last phone lasted 4 days upwards. I have another friend with similar short lifespan on the battery. At the shop they said "yeah the batteries are poor on these"
So be warned if you dont like charging your phone up a lot!
7/10 Not bad since it was free but i wouldnt pay for it.

i have had this phone for more then six months and i think its a gr8 phone. have had no problem. the camera is awesome. and so is the screen.
best of all, it doesnt gets any scratches on the body or on the screen. i'll advice this to anyone.

I got this phone and purchased the data cable with it. I would really like to change the "skins" to something other than black/orange or white/orange. Is there a way to download or import new skins for this phone. Please advise, the orange is driving me crazy! Thanks

I've just got this phone on contract with Orange and on the main screen i have a toolbar going down the left hand side. No matter how hard I try I cannot figure out how to get rid of it!! Any help? Thanks.

yeah PLAYMAKER erm my sis had the same prob all u have to do is reset the whole settings in te setings part and then the sounds should work it did 4 my sis hoep this helped

I just upgraded my e900 for the d900 I have two, the screen recentily cracked on one and on the other I have no tones apart from ringtones unless I have my headset on, my 2gb card is not compatable so thats £30 down the drain apart from this I like these phones have been a Nokia fan but Samsung have won me over for now.

Okay so i am thinking about buying this phone
i curently have the Motorola v220, and it sux. Yes it really sux the camera is horrible and its totally a messed up phone.So now my parents promimsed me that they will buy me a descent phone.. Is the D900 Recomended??!?!

To All!!
There are 2 types of SanDisk 1GB micro cards. One normal and one high speed. I bought the high speed one. Its only 5 Euros more but much faster when transferring from phone to card or to PC.

Hey, I would like to know how long does the camera take to take a picture (shutter speed)
If its quicker,slow,ok?
Also if the settings make any difference to the speed (most likely to slow down as quality increases, but how much is the speed affected?)
Also, the prices are dropping like mad
£150 from phones4u AND the O2 shop.
So just wondering whether its still worth getting the phone in March or wait for a newer version.
(£150 + £40 p.a insurance = £190) worth it?

TERRI: And if you are after a 1GB card, all I can say is that I'm using a sandisk 1Gb without any problem. Now with 350MB used, 2-3 seconds delay is there for opening folders/files-that's all. But Maxima's opinion (512MB) is an officially confirmed one. If you are satisfied with 512, it is better.
IMPORTANT: Let it be 512 or 1Gb, immediately on inserting the card, FORMAT it using the format option in memory card settings.

Dr.ADEDOYIN: (You can't play music in the background if you select a music file from my files.) Go to the music player, from options>6.settings, turn on "MUSIC OVERRIDES....." option, add files to the play list and play.

I am really confused If I should go for E900 or D900. E900 seems really slick but D900 has a promising 3 MP camera plus upgraded Bluetooth support.
Anyone who has been through this dilemma kindly share your opinion. Thanks
