I have had the D900 for over 6 months and love it. It works fantastic with Jabra 620 bluetooth stereo headset. Battery life could be better but I charge it everynight anyway.
Suggest everyone get a car charger. The USB cord works great also while working on the computer. It does dual purpose charging while accessing Studio softward.
The D600 I have is also nice and actually feels much sturdier but I love the slimness of the 900 in front breast pocket.

The D900 is very simple to use. Its fast, excellent camera and has been proven to be one of the worlds slimmest phones, which you got to admit is pretty impressive.

How come my D900 only last 2 days of minimal use? is it the battery or is the battery time falsely advertised?

Hi Rajesh, I had a similar prolem initially - it works fine now by the way. Try this: 1) Start Samsung PC Studio. 2) Click "File", "Connection". 3)Click the "Connect" button and then quickly plug in yopur phone. I then had to click the "Connect" button again for the phone to connect.

I have a question about this phone, how can I see the time on the display when I am not using the phone? Does this phone not have that feature? Because all I get is a blank screen when I turn down the phone. If I click on the volume control I will see the time light up, but I want it to be shown at ALL times, not when I do that.

nooooooooo people what you thinking about getting this handset! the e870 is alot better nice handset good camera with mp3 its exculsive in red at 02 too with bluetooth headset which its great i love my handset will never change... go on get your upgrade to this handset you wont regret it ... Samsung E870 RULES!!!!!!!

TRAUMA; Are you sure that phone is not connected? Verify whether the PC studio window has "sgh-d 900 connected" message in the status bar(bottom)

Hi!! I got this phone and i like it, the only problem is that i can't seem to connect the phone with my pc. When i plug it in it's suppose to show that it found new hardware, right? But nothing happens. The phone just starts to charge. I've installed everything from the cd i got with. Please!! someone help!!

I've been considering for almost a month and i still cant figure out wherther to get this phone or LG KU800. Its really a hard decision,esp when this phone has got so many awards! I need some advice here, pls help!!!

CRAIG:
1. Alarm tone volume can be changed by changing incoming call melody volume. There is no seperate volume control for alarm tone.
2.There are 3 alarms. Alarm 1&2 have no SNOOZE option. They can be turned off by pressing ANY KEY. What you've mentioned is the third one-wake up alarm. This has snooze option. This can be turned OFF by pressing the left soft key or ok/i button only. Pressing ANY OTHER KEY WILL POSTPOND the alarm by 5minutes.(As the name says, it will really wake you up. you can't escape it by pressing any key, half asleep)
3.(Your problem is not clearly stated. ) Hope you synchronize with MS outlook. While synchronizing from pc to phone, if the contact has a mobile phone number, it WILL be marked as the default in phone. for changing this, select the number you want,from options>'6.Mark as ....'
4.Only in-built tones for messages.
5. Pleased to know that i'm not the only one, getting this message! No idea abt it.
