Recently Samsung was having hard time, as it was losing its positions in Europe, whilst looking for product class that could have become successful just like it had been in past years, but they are still chunking out rubbish phones!

This phone is pure dung, had it for 2 weeks and still not a solitary phone call yit. plus ma wee mate kunga his also goat this phone and that yin dinae hiv two pennies to rub the gither, if hes goat it u dont want it cos hes a pure rocket. over and out the daddy bear

I've got the D900 on 02 and have no problems with signal whatsoever. Perhaps you got a faulty model or something is up with the 02 signal in your area? Have you contacted 02 about the problem?

well i just bought my D900 today well its from 2 hours only and i like it so much, but their is two problems (untill now) :P the first one the buttons ringtone, and it doesnt have a loudspeaker :( , well does anyone from u know how to get the loudspeaker?

TO TURN OFF KEYPAD TONES you just need to use the up and down scrolling buttons on the side when the phone is not in use (or closed)...all the way down turns it off!....needing some help myself though...anyone know how i can get the delivery reports to work...i ticked the 'request delivery receipt' box but still not getting them??! HELP!!!...other than that slight hiccup its a great phone...best ive ever seen! camera really is good!

All in all I feel this is a brilliant cellphone Samsung have really outdone themselves with regards to creating yet another slimmer slider with some amazing functions, all I would like to know is there is a smaller and bigger box with handset is this for any particular reason?? (USB cable or something as the size of the first box is smaller than the newer one), JUST CURIOUS

All Samsung phones have 4MB for Java. But the differnce is the size of the jar file. From the phones I used, E340 and X700 can accept files upto 300KB. D820, D830, ans may be D900 accept upto 500KB. Only D600 accept upto 1500KB. This is the disadvantage of Samsung. They should not limit the the memory and the size of files. Also they are not JSR75 this means the applications cant integrate with the system, and that is why many application are not compatible with Samsung Phones.

I had been thinking about buying a D900 for a while. I had a SEK750i. I came across this forum about a week ago. I read all I could and went ahead an bought one. WOW what a totally awesome phone. Let's view it for what it is a phone!! Between this forum and the manual everything is set the way it should be. Once again GREAT Phone!

if somebody read the post :" standby. It feels too light, almost a piece of nothing. I personally think it's NOT worth the money" .. you realy convince us..is not worth it..:))..if you don't like this phone because is too light uppgrade it and attach a brick too it... you will surely be happy :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

I have a 1 GB Sandisk. It's perfect; no problems.

hay im the one that had the trouble with 1gb card
and now its working perfecly. so it does take 1gb card, my card brand is Advance for anyone who wants a 1gb card.

The reason your having difficulties is because the SAMSUND D900 was designed to be used with a 512mb card. The 1gig is not quite compatible.

Just turn the volume all the way down to 0..

hey every one,
i got the d900 a few days ago it is a nice phone , if your looking for a phone get this ne. but the only problem is that ive got a 1gb card and when i put it in the phone it shows that there is a card in there, but when i go to the look at the memory for the card it says not allowed? an anyone help me with this problem? im in need of desperit help.

Hi all,
I'd like to know if this phone has got any missed calls notification. My previous phones (Motorolas) had such notification at each 5 minutes after missed call or unread SMS message. Thank you very much in advance.
