      Best Samsung phone until today.
      Slick with a touch of high tech and frindly.
      Higg quality screen, great sound.

      Camera even if is telling a lot (3.0Mpx) does not take high quality pictures.

            the systems settings to change the low volume should be included in the users guide. or the last post should be on every page of the d900 site.

              @dat

              Did you tried using the settings posted by UPO?

              Here it is once again.
              "System settings to raise the earpiece volume (amongst other things).
              type *#8999*8378# and you will get into the system software settings. Go to H/w and Normal, then change the rx settings to 250, and the rx level (lower down) to 150 on level 5. That should make the earpiece plenty loud!"

              Another guy mentioned that you need to take the screen protector off the screen. Hope you did so. Good luck.

                When my phone is turned on, how can i tell my battery is fully charged? Will the battery bar be at two and change to three or will it remain a solid three bar sign?

                      Nothing to worry about Cingular being displayed while you are on T-mobile. You wont get charged twise. Both are GSM and they share the network.

                      I belive you have automatic network selection turned "on".So it picks up whatever best signal is available in your area. You can manually select T-mobile from network settings, however mine only shows cingular in the list.

                            @T5dJ posing as "Kal"

                            K800 is a great phone but its a brick compared to this beauty...and yes we all saw the camera comparisons. D900 did a neat job with its tiny camera. Let SE make a thin phone and we will see how good that could be.

                            and STOP USING MY NAME...to post crap.

                              Once more for the hard of reading...

                              I think the volume is an issue for everyone, I found the following information on an earlier posting - worked fine for me !
                              "System settings to raise the earpiece volume (amongst other things).
                              type *#8999*8378# and you will get into the system software settings. Go to H/w and Normal, then change the rx settings to 250, and the rx level (lower down) to 150 on level 5. That should make the earpiece plenty loud!"

                                  to those who complain that the d900 does not have good sound - do yourselves a favour and get a hearing aid because your obviously deaf !!!! phone is wicked

                                    I don't know what you are all complaining about. I have no problem with the speaker volume when my d900 rings. Mine is really loud and clear and i can hear it when its in another room and ringing.
                                    Just make sure you turn the volume up to maximum and you shouldn't have a problemo

                                    This phone is definitly sleeker in real life. The pics do it no justice. Before i got it i was a bit worried that it would be really fragile and easily breakable coz its soo thin, but its actually really sturdy and strong when u feel it in your hand! THUMBS UP i say!

                                      so you mean that D900's speaker volume is not loud,is that it?
                                      i still hesitate with K800 but this looks too fragile with the lens protection
