damn it why it doesnt run .pps format files? thought it supports powerpoint ?

Last thing is that it doesn't support wma/wmv
but mp3/mpeg4 playback.
no radio no problem!

i am going to buy this fone soon...can anyone tell me about the features? is it good?

-Video...can it play WMF files? or do u have to format it into a different file?

Yes im able to send the mms thru my phone no problem, im just thinking maybe its some bug, but i cant say it is yet cuz no1 has tried sending mms via samsung pc studio yet..or they have but cant be bothered to post here :P

To copy videos into D900, they must be in mp4 or 3gp format. And you must copy them to 'Downloaded videos' folder.
You can use PC studio to convert videos into mp4. Connect phone to pc....Open Pc Studio...Click on 'edit videos'.
Then click on the below link and save the image to your pc. it'll guide you through the remaining steps:

However mp4 video is very clear but file size is large. So if your video is too long (whole movie etc), you may convert it to 3gp format(low quality, smaller file size). For converting to 3gp format, download this converter by clicking the below link.

After downloading, unzip the file...open 'set up'. Select 'General:3GPP+AAC General Settings'. choose language...and press ok. It's very easy to use. (thanks, Nwahs/cellphoner-net forum for this)
Regarding PC Studio ver.3.1, I recommend that you use that version after becoming familiar with ver 3.0, as multimedia manager in ver3.1 is not as simple as this and it has many bugs too. However you can download version 3.1.2 from this link:

when you run this program, the existing version will be removed. if you want to come back to ver 3.0.1, just run the cd again.Bye.

I have Samsung D900, and i purchase 2GB micro card but it's not working. Do memory card work on D900.

i have some west africa idols video on my system am trying to move to my phone but i can't. it says unsupported format.

WAKUI. The soft tone at the beginning of an incoming call is normal - to protect your ears if you are on the phone doing something else.
Re length of incoming ring tone before divert, I answered this one before. Tap in ROBBO at the foot of this page and Search. Should sort you out.

don, I don't think u700 is out yet, or is it? However, if you are worried about battery life, then i can tell you the battery life of D900 is far better than that of 3250. For a music phone, nokia should have done better with 3250 battery.I have the two phones so i know. I have tried to compare the two phones for you. See nokia 3250 forum in gsmarena for my comments.
PS. Nokia 3250 if far louder than D900 when playing music, but its bulky, heavier and not as sexy as D900. D900 will sure turn many heads.

OMG..help..i bought this phone yesterday but why issit that when i use a song for my ringing tone,the 1st 2-3s are like soooo soft and thereafter it goes back to the original volume..and also,is there anyway for me to extend the timing whereby the phone will ring for a longer time before rejecting a call?

I love the features on this phone, and I like the design...the only thing that sucks about it is the battery life. I'm pretty sure it's not just my phone, because I've read other reviews on different sites, and a few people are having this problem as well. My previous Samsung (A670) also had this problem. WTH Samsung?!

Hi, I've got this phone and love it- I'm due for an upgrade very soon and would like a phone that I can get my e mails easy, like a Nokia N95 I would stick with this phone but find it hard to get aol and e mails, any help??? And then all I do is upgrade to a D900i. Thanks x

hi there i have brought a new memory card for my D900 the only thing is it tells me the memory card is there but no new memory time comes up any sugestions ????

I was pleasantly surprised after installing PC Studio 3.1.2, that i could join many video clips together into one long clip and convert at same time from other formats to 3gp or mp4. Am sure many forum members are aware of this.
