good things...
1. The dual speakers on this phone is very, very, very, very, very awesome, soooo loud and extremely good,. you cant find it anywhere within this price range.
2. signal reception, sound reception are satisfactory,.. ring tone volume is very loud, bet you don't miss anything.
3. has many great options which are unique like " you can block a number from messaging you and you can also add a number to the reject list which will reject phone calls" so good bye to prank callers.
4. Battery back up as said 11.30hrs its holding up to 2days for a full charge which is a additional plus.
5. Unlike many other phones within this price range it has a 2GB expendable memory. 1 GB comes free with the pack.
6. The blue-tooth is fast enough and the key pad is exceptionally big that you don't uncomfortable while typing.
things can do better...
1. UI is user friendly but messaging is another matter " to create new message you got to type in the message then select options pick a send type option then select the required numbers check it then click select then ok send..... damn too long key presses only when you reply to a message is easy with only two key presses.
2. when you send a message the service reply will always gives you a sweet ding dong sound which is hilarious and the delivery report will come in as a new message..
3. the package is missing software Cd and data cable that you must download it from samsung website and buy a new data cable your self.
4. the screen resolution is way low.. you cant expect to be a high quality display but that no big deal anyway.
5. no camera got to transfer pictures taken from another phone through Data cable for mms.
so in the conclusion this phone has lots of good useful options to choose from with gprs and large expendable memory and a very good speakers and build quality and huge battery bkup this phone is way better then nokia apart from some messaging issues which is compensated by a comfortable keypad i say its best phone to buy for this price range. all nokia users can once try this phone up and you wont be regretted.

opera mini is not working for me ...it completes whole set up and they error comes ...it requires internet connection....but i am downloading it from mobile ...so my internet connection is on
i tried both 4 and 3 version of opera mini
and opera mini site is not showing samsung E1410 in there phone support lise

hi,
are you facing problems on gprs ? i am trying to log in orkut mobile....but i was always thwart...i could not proceed beyond "you are entering in non secure area" ..then press yes but after few second same message appears
how to solve that problem ?

3)now go to music player play any song
4)now open playlist(press up key)
5)now go option(right key)>add music>memory card
5)it will ask for password ,don't enter password
6)jus press red call key

My phone e1410 has locked itself as i think that i have activated the lock mode so anyone can say how to open it as i have forgot the lock code also.

well i bought this phone 3 months back. for this price the phone is awesum & def a competitor to other mobile companies
but it does have some glitches
like the network reception of the mobile is bad..... where as the nokia handset gets good reception in the same place
sound is awesum but the playlist option is stupid.coz u can list only 40sngs in a list & ther r only 4 playlist.
u cant add a song to a playlist if the song is inside a folder.if u rename a song,the entire playlist vanishes & u have to start all over again
these are the only problems i found lil irritating
it has its pros
the interface is simple,sound is mind boggling,bluetooth is good with FTP,headphone is excellent,phone security,msg security & mem caard security is available.

this mobile supporting downloading only till 300kb.
sound is much higher than chinese with best quality.
