Is there a way to solve the equiliser problem? When I set the equiliser preset it shows that it has applied and saved that preset, but in the next song it goes back to 'normal' prest, even though it shows for example-'live' preset!! It is really annoying.

Hi all,
I bought this phone yesterday and i'm really happy by its look design and features but i dont know how to listen to my favourite track,whenever i try to listen to my fav.tracks i see a pop up msg stating that only the files in the music folder will be played, and when i attempt to copy to the tracks from my memory card to the phone i cant copy more than one track, which is really irritating me a lot. can anyone help me how to listen to my favourite tracks either should i selected the next song manually or do i have any other option.

Please Please help me how to delete songs from the Phone Memory. I'm having songs in the Memory Card and then I want to set one of the songs as RingTone. But when I'm trying to set, since this model requires the song to be transferred to Phone Memory, its showing up a message that "Memory Full".
I've checked the phone memory and its showing empty. Please help me as to how i can access the phone memory.

I see that the battery lasts for 2 and 1/2 days if you don't listen on loudspeaker too much. I talked for about 2 hours in 2 days (aprrox. total_sms and fiddling!) plus listened to songs (5 or 6 songs) and stuff on earphones. But when my friend listened to radio and mp3 on loudspeaker for minute 10 or so and my 1 hour talktime, the battery lasted for 2 days approx.
What is your experience? What do you think shud be the ideal listening time for mp3 and talktime to last the battery for 2 and 1/2 days? [Wheeeeew!I talked a lot!! I heard some really bad stuff abt. Samsung battery, I ws a nokia user.)

When listening mp3 in music player make it surround quality. Now go to option, then save it. U'll mark the voice is more enhanced. But only for that song. if u go to next song voice quality wd b same as b4. This problem may be only in my set. But u can check it

When i do give a miss call/ full call, while ending the call, there comes a Beep sound which is annoying, i tried the Extra Sound settings and Disabling the sounds, but no effect. Is there any other way, Appart From "SILENT" mode.!! Cheers!! Do suggest.. Overall the phone is worth the Money.. Nice Sound!!!

Ppl. rather than using data cable try using memory card reader. Far better performance, no drivers needed. Only drawback is that u have to remove the card manuallly to insert in2 adapter. WRITEX has released a cheap 1 for abt. rs.240.
One thing I wanted to ask ppl's opinion, is the battery. I haven't sufficient chance to test its life. OPINIONS/RATINGS please people! Thanx.

I have one problem with this phone while using headset. i.e if you are attending a call through headset and if some other call comes in waiting and the same call drops, then the current call volume is decreased to the minimum and the volume button don't work. the only way to get back the full volume is to disconnect the head set and then reconnect...
Somebody having a solution pls help...

1 frequent complaint is that bluetooth transfers 2 intrnl mem. That only applies for earlier software versions, if urs is old go to Samsung service cntr to update, it'll do just fine to transfer directly 2 mem card. No it doesn't play videos. Supports jpeg pic files with 128x128 resltn. Battery backup is ok, still testing it though. Sound is superb.
Only drawback is that to set singtones u have to move to internal mem., so singtones must be of short size (about 400-900 kb). See http://www.zedge.net/ for nice singtones and wallpapers.
