Raj, this phone is very fancy and good, but i suggest you to buy a Samsung (of course, what else..) that feature at least 2Mpx camera, thats all. Otherway, the E 250 is excellent.

I have compared the picture taken with my E 250 (VGA camera) put onto my pc and the picture taken with SE K 610i (2Mpx camera), well, the VGA picture is at least 20-30% better than the one taken with the SE 2Mpx camera, i couldnt believe.

ULTIMATE HELP AND REVIEW
Hey people i've bought this phone and know pretty much all there is to know about it. So here's a mini review on it and if u have any questions post a comment and if i can read it i'll post one back!
EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PHONE IS GREAT.
Main stuff:
GREAT FEATURES
GREAT PRICE
BATTERY-There's been things about the battery being crap, well it's sorta true. Depending on how much you use it the battery can vary from 5-2 days of life. If you don't mind charging it every 2nd or 3rd day then you don't have to worry about battery life.
MEMORY-The memory is not too bad. It fits around 50 photos that you take with its camera. But not that much music only one or 2 mp3 songs! It sux but you can buy memory cards for the phone. The rest is no worries
CAMERA-Camera is basic. Comes with cool frames and effects but it's just VGA so is borderline quality. A 2 megapixel camera phone is much better for proper photos.
BLUETOOTH-All is good works with any bluetooth device

When you send a message and you want to save it, there is an option to do this. Under the option that says just plain "send", it has "save and send" so you just press that and the messages save.
Answer: yes, that is true, I have just found out this option, but to do this you have first of all to save the message to the DRAFT folder, and then go to "pick" up it, and just then you can choose the option "save and send" for the message...it is a kinda boring action to do each time....

I got a trouble today..i cannot send pics any more from my E 250 to the PC, it sais: connection failed (Bluetooth)..and at the top of the display the icon of Bluetooth is blincking red/blue..what happened for god sake??? The bluetooth stick is regularly put into the USB port of my pc, so i donno understand..

The phone is incredible ... i just love it,i bought an 512 MB memory card and now i can listen music any time any where ... and the sound is the best so far :))) .. i just love it!!! camera is not the best quality,it makes very good pictures,and video is good :D ..

Nice phone for the price. Small internal memory, very good 0.3MPix camera (pictures look good also on the PC screen), FM radio that really works, mp3, fairly good address book (1000), 3 different alarms, OK organizer, lightweight, slim, fast with Kingston 1GB micro SD memory card, high quality slider mechanism, good 56K display. What is annoying is that you cannot set mp3 tones for incoming messages. Also, you cannot use ring tones from the memory card, without transferring it to the 8MB phone memory. The sound of your conversation partner's voice is sometimes distorted during the call, but loud enough. Battery is very odd - sometimes it lasts several days, but sometimes two thirds of the capacity shown on the display dies in a few hours normal operation. Anyway, I always have fully charged spare battery in my pocket, so i find this phone really great choice for those who does not have a lot of demands (but who would for just 100 EUR?)

I dont think you can change the message tone apart from those 4 avaliable.
Not sure if you can take off the date and time but go into settings then into date and time and see if it there is an option to switch it off.

e250 is good but the j600 ha the same features and more and looks better is newer and has touch senative keys

I've just bought this phone and i am pleased already of it.With a MSD card of 1Gb it rocks.The blue E in the top means that EDGE internet protocol is active and ready for use(something like GPRS).

Hi every body it is nice to be hear discribe about this phone well i got three problems a very big problem in this phone ist of all sent messeges are not saved second is messeges tones are anly four and we can not change third is cam result is very bad but when we trasfar to the computer the picture reslut will fine so this phone ok for me coz i got this phone free from my freind and i am very happy to ahve this free phone lol .

I discovered just today that it does not save the sent messages, no option for that at all,...a kinda bad..but i still love Samsung. Well, no one phone, i believe, is perfect 100%.
