Just bought a "Valentine pink" one on eBay Oz for my wife. Works OK. She's happy and I'm happy getting her this "girlie" phone ;)

if anyone is from australia, this phone is $549 but cheaper on ebay. If you do buy from ebay, watch out, it might be jodgy

thanks man, and I bought this phone for £85 of eBay, but you have to watch out because like I said the charger was dodgy.

I doubt if you can get it under $100. Maybe look on ebay. I got mine for $549.

When the phone is being charged, it should always have the red light showing. If there isnt any light at all, its probably a faulty charger and the power isnt running through the wires. Take the battery out of the phone and put it in again then see if it works. If it shows the orange light, then the battery is in wrong.

I bought this phone recently for my sister, and the charger was defective so I bought a new one of eBay. It is non-official travel charger but it seems to work as in the sense the battery always goes to full when plugged in for a while. However on the phone there is no indication that the phone is actually plugged into the charger. Is this common with this phone or is it the charger??

i just bought e530 and it's great, but i have one question. the messages from my inbox are being saved to my sim card, and if i want, i can transfer them to the phone. but i want my received messages to be saved in the phone's memory automatically. can that be done?

Thank god somebody found the secret button!!! the secret to texting has been found,by pressing the hash key (#) more symbols are shown! hoorah and thanks for the person who found it and posted it!.
Getting used to the phone now,it's not as bad as 1st thought.

i'm very confused. it looks like to me that pink one has white "sides" [at least my friend has like that], and purple has silver sides.
