You can put one of the camera pictures as your outer display, I was wondering, is there a way to make the image stay on longer than it does? The picture is there for about 5 seconds and then its gone...

Hi, i got this phone 4 days ago. I have to say im really pleased. The amount of photos and videos etc it can hold is great! The flip is smooth and the colour is great (i have pink). I was just wondering a few things....
Firstly how do i put mp3s to my phone if i dont have the cable?
Secondly how can i use bluetooth? and with what other devices are bluetooth?
For others:
The camera is 1 megapixel, you can set photos as your wallpaper and a separate one for the outer display.
If anyone can answer my questions it would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou xoxo

Can someone PLEASE let me know how the orange E530 phone looks? I'm ordering it online and i won't be able to see it before it arrives and i've paid for it.
The colour orange looks different in every pic i've seen. Sometimes it's bronze,, others it looks bright orange.

hey. I'm thinking bout buying this phone during Christmas since my parents want to buy me one after PSLE. Does anyone know the megapixel for this one? If there's any problem bout this phone do give your opinion here. I lost my Samsung E700A during my Sports Day in school and I want to buy a better one with a camera which takes better images since I love to take pictures.

You need to buy a dongle, they are cheap on ebay. Then you plug it into your USB port on your pc. It loads onto your pc then communicates with your phone once you switch bluetooth on on your phone. Once all this is done. Right click any songs you have stored on your pc and there will be an option there to send to a bluetooth device. Click on that and it will send the song to your phone.
I only got mine yesterday but I've loaded all my songs on doing this and it was very easy.

I got a free bluetooth dongle with my phone but you can buy them on ebay really cheap. I simply plugged it into the USB port on my pc and sent all the mp3's I wanted to to my phone really quickly and easily. I now have loads of cool songs on it and am using one for my ringtone.
My phone has not cut out on me at all and the sound is very loud when in a call compared to my last phone.

I got my phone today. I got it in pink but the colour is quite dark. A bit darker than the pocs on here and the sides are silver.
It's really easy to use, I didn't have to look at the manual once!

I've got the blue Samsung E530, it's my first flip phone. I love the quality of the screen and size and the ease of use. It's supposed to be a women's phone but it looks just like a normal phone until you look in some of the menus.
However, I am disppointed. There is no loudspeaker. The battery life is not great and the charger is not something I'm used to (It's not as easy as a Nokia phone).
My worst complaint though is the fact if you're using telephone banking etc. when you are asked to 'press 1' it won't work, you have to go into 'options', 'send DTMF', (press the number you want) and then 'OK'. With my old Nokia phone there was none of this. What a complete pain! I hope Samsung are reading this review. I would love this phone if it wasn't for this problem.

Does anyone know how to keep the clock face showing when the phone is shut.
It seems to stay for about 2 seconds before disappearing.
Thanks

I haven't got my phone yet, should be here tomorrow. I hope I don't have this problem with it cutting off when you are talking. This problem has been posted on here a few times now. I'll just have to wait and see.

I renewed my contract with Vodafone and was told about this new phone. I looked it up on here and saw some people had problems with it but decided to go for it anyway as there were lots of good comments. I had the phone about 10 days before it started cutting off mid-conversation. This was particularly bad as I used it for business! I returned the phone and received a new one. This one had the same problem from day 1 and also the Bluetooth failed to work. I contacted Vodafone again and decided to get a different phone - Sony Ericsson K750i - which has been fantastic. I think if you buy one of these Samsung phones, you seem to have to take your chances with whether it works or not.
