I love my phone however i am really confused as how to transfer music from my computer to my phone. I have the blue tooth dongle but no PIN number so cant transfer the music which is annoying. However I love the quality of the photos and videos which i can take.

all samsung mobiles hav a huge memory space..
good..!!
but this fone shud hav had infrared port..
its sounds really odd - a fone with bluetooth but no infrared port..???

I just received my phone today, it seems pretty good so far but like most im dying to transfer music from my computer, and have no idea how! Its a bit crap they dont provide the necessary tools, however where can these "Bluetooth Dongle" things be bought?! Or is there any other way?...is all very complicated! I think Samsung should provide more support on this, but till then please someone expand on the 'Dongles'!!

will i have problems with the calls on orange pay as u go... i herd that some of these phones have problems making and recieving calls...or have they got rid of the faulty ones?

I haven't got this phone yet but if someone who has it could answer my question this would be good.
roughly how much is it for the data link cable etc? i heard you have to buy it to transfer photos and songs etc to and from your phone?
my last question is for those who have this phone/know anything about it, can you only play mp3 songs through ear phones? or is their a speaker on the phone to do that? because i mean the mp3 ringtones when someone calls has to come on? so it should have a speaker in it to play mp3s out loud right?
its just that the d500 in the catologue states it has an "inbuilt speaker" whilst the e720 doesn't.
I have a nokia 6610 atm, do you think given that im in aust the e720 is a good phone to go with? or is there another better suggestion?

yes it has more memory than the 5140 but it is still not expandable. when are samsung going to make a phone that has expandable memory at a price that everyone can afford, like the nokia 6230i??? that is my only dissappointment with samsung as a phone company at the moment..

i dont understand phones but is the memory on this phone better than a nokia 5140(new smash proof one)if it is i can live with it

best phone on the market!! Amazing menu sytem and good camera qulaity. Samsung have really come on leaps and bounds with this handset.
highly reccomended so go out there and Get One!!!

Hi.The Samsung E-720 is very nice phone but it has problem in the earphone and the microphone.You can hear clear,and the other person he can hear you.

andrew you will need to contact your carrier and tell them what has happened for them to let u access your phone!! If ur pin doesn't work don't try it more than twice, or it will always go to the puk code!!

yea umm i was looking around and then it said to enter in the pin code and i had 3 tries and it didnt work so another thing popped up and i dont know the PUK code if you can help then please do

I cannot find how to make the phone ring more than 3 or 4 times before it goes to answer phone. Any help would be apppreciated. I have searched through the manual and cannot find how to change the setting.

Ziggy,
You need to set the files to be in shared mode on your phone before they appear on your PC's screen. To do that, just go to the folder, eg. Photos, chose 1 photo, select potion, then scroll to bluetooth sharing, and set for all. Return to main and access the files via your standard bluetooth software.
