i just bought my phone from overseas and everything works fine except the picture messaging. it wont work, i think because its still in the euro mode.. somebody please help me fix this problem, i dont know what to do.

need help from ya'll. just bought a bluetooth dongle and downloaded samsung PC studio pims and file manager, but the program says "cannot open the port and this program is switched in offline mode". what's wrong with it? how can i fix it? when i go file>setup, there are ports com1 and IrDa to choose, i try to switch, but nothing works. there was a program with my dongle, but with that program i can only upload stuff to my phone, but not from phone to computer. program window shows phone's foolder, but they're empty, and show only those files that have been uploaded from pc recently, but not those who have been in phone (like taken photos etc). i hope you can help me.

Actually, i'm not samsung user. But after i read some user opinion about this phone, i feel the phone not really user friendly. How can a user a phone, some more need to buy bluetooth dongle to do audio transfer. It should provide cable for file transfer as this phone is mp3 phone. So most of the time, user can easily manage their audio file.

i ahve ordered the e720 but have been reading some reviews of it and have changed my mind because of one thing. a lot of people are complaining about getting somge onto the mp3 player. how do you get songs onto the phone????
the main reason i chose this phone was because of the mp3 playes so if thah does not work i may have to get a different phone.

OK THIS IS HOW YOU GET MP3's ON YOUR PHONE!:
1)Buy a Bluetooth dongle
2)Install the software with the dongle
3)Turn Bluetooth on(menu->settings->bluetooth->activation)
4)establish a lnk between your phone and the dongle (this will be explained in the dongle instructions)
5)Find the phone's 'music' folder using the dongle software
6)copy your mp3's from your computer into the 'music' folder
7) You often have to say 'yes' to requests to transfer data on your phone

i am going to get this phone at christmas and i am wondering how do you put music on the phone? do u have to download music and then put it on? but wait how do u put it on in the first place. if anyone has an answer for this plz reply. thanks

Hi, i'm from belgium and just bought this mobile. Really great but don't know how to put music on the phone and benefit from the mp3-features. Is it possible to connect the phone via a cable or are there other workarounds?
