another good way to explore this phone quality picture or video is set the phone to record ou take pictures then start pressing keypad 1 to 9 there is alot options to choose from, some very cool,

in dark if you want to the flash botton to stay on press the volume bottom one time(if it is in stand by) then press for two seconds.

also you can put a video recorder as your wallpaper everytime you open your phone it will play the video.
whereever video you have just set it as your main display.

if you want your battery to last longer turn most of your keypad sound and front display off and always make your the bluetooth is off for security.

if you want to put ur phone in quite mode in two second just hold # for two sec

      to thumper
when you receive a call, minimise the volume to level one or two and instead to hold your ear into the ear speaker try to bring your ear down to the screen the sound will get better this way.

i started out with the samsung e715 and upgraded to this model and it is such an advancement in technology and coolness factor..... i love this phone for the great megapixel camera with dual flash sleek design , mp3 player, bluetooth technology, 90mb memory storage and so many other great features and even better is i got it for $40...... if you would like to know how to get it for this price e-mail me at thumper327@aol.com..... but if you dont think you can trust things like this then the phone is definitely worth paying $300 for it!!!!!!!!

                  ok
first of all, samsung really got a problem with earsound even with with headset as well, but i have got some tips for you guys, after u tried my tips then give me some feedback if it worked or not.
1- about the earsound when you receive a call try to use the volume botton and bring down to minimum, or use the botton to raise your the volume at least to level 3 ou 2 then take your ears from the the ear speaker and bring and put instead onto the screen i garantee that the sound will sound better,

listen to your mp3 music, for sure all of you are use the headset in way it came from the manufacturer, listen if you had a fone before or nokia with ear pad(mainly black cover) take them and insert into your samsung headset you wont believe the quality of sounds. it will inprove a least 50 percent

3 instead of using usb cable try to get an bluetooth adapter to connect with your pc make sure the adaptor is more than 1mb of speed. then you can download and upload any kind of file into ur phone,(i have got all this crazy frog video and ringtone for free)
more tips? text me ur problem

the voice quality is very poor. i didnt believe it first after reading the various reviews but now having bought this handset i am stuck and rather frustrated.

those considering buying this handset should seriously reconsider.

the main problem with this phone is that the battery life does not live up to the specs given (unless my battery is a duff one.) the camera quality appeared better than the d500 they showed me in the shop and is easy to use. of course it would have been better if the in car charger and data cable were provided and if the connecter cables for hands free car kits were made at the same time as the phone instead of 3 months later if you are lucky. overall its not bad but is let down badly by the battery life.

Impossible lousy sound quality (voice)! I wanted to get it fixed in the shop, but after testing another e720 it seems this is supposed to be the quality you get anno 2005 from a top-model gsm... Other bad points: almost no possibilities to tweak things (you can't even change the homepage of the wap browser!) It doesn't accept java-apps via bluetooth. You need to go via WAP for that. It doesn't even want to install halve of the (simple) demo apps of Sun. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do not buy this phone. You have been warned.
