There is a voice clarity thingy to improve sound quality during calls. You can find it in the left hand menu when speaking.

Hi..
If you want to transfer mp3's and pictures and stuff, you have to use either a bluetooth dongle for your PC, or a USB cable. If yo want to use the cable, you have to install a program calles easy studios..(follows the cable). USB is easier, but slower than the cable.

For sms, there is only 10 preinstalled tones you can choose from. (you can't use mp3's or ringtones for sms) And that's it. But on calls, you can have mp3's or ordinary ringtones or whatever.. (but NOT recordings.. that's a bad thing.)
mms is the same as sms, 10 preinstalled you can choose between..

oh my god i am going to cry. i love this phone to pieces already but i just don't get how to transfer MP3s!! all it says in the manual is "you can transfer MP3s using easystudio"... very unhelpful! please please please could someone who knows about this phone drop me an email so we can chat about it because this is really stressing me out!! Other than that this phone is amazing. beautifully designed with virtually no faults (although maybe low battery life)

I have the Samsung E720 and I only have one major problem with it and that is that I have no idea how the MP3 works, or how I download to use the MP3 player. Can anyone help?

if u are looking for a fashionable phone this is the fone for you. it has the best video capture that i have seen. the mp3 player is cool. however their are some drawbacks lack of expandable memory being one, i would say that the most in video capture one would have is 10mins. this is due to the fact that the memory is being shared with photos and other applications.

65k n 256k color is noticable only if the resolution of the screen is big.if the reso is small,u cant really tell the difference.in fact,putting 256k color on a handphone with only 128x128 reso is the most stupid thing to do.however as this phone is 176x220,65k n 256k really got a big difference.
about symbian OS,well depends whether u wan a phone to do business or a phone for leisure.
sound quality sux??i dunno.never use this phone b4.n 1 more thing guys,sony ericsson got the best sound quality.not nokia n moto.accept this.
n doug,is this phone really cost only $150??damn cheap man.i really wanna lay my hands on it :p

r u stupid or something? ur buying a phone that has a feature of playing songs. a symbian phone isnt that good anyway, plus the 6630 looks bad. what have u got to say about that? and actually, yes, the difference between 65K and 256K screens are actually quite noticeable. u can cleary tell which one is which. 256K is way better and clearer. and who said that u use this phone for business? the e720 has got so many better features. trust me, reload, get this phone.

Has anyone manage to find out what tools can be use to mod this phone? Does Optiflash and Januka still work with the E720? I've already gotten a unbranded firmware... just waiting for modification and for the phone to arrive in Malaysian shores :-D

Has any one tried to send a file of more than 95K using mms with Vodafone live or processing a VCS card recieved cos it doesn't work

How can i view websites ie www.skybet.co,, as when i get onit it says "unsecure site" how can i turn off any security the web has,
Also, when i get a missed call or text, or when fone is on silent mode, does it show up on the front screen?
