His. This fone aint so bad...i aktwaly think its really slick. My no.1 complaint about it though is that I can't use the mp3 files as a message alert tone for incoming text messages....it seems to only apply for incoming calls. I just purchased this unit a couple of days ago (still in the process of getting familiar with its features) so unless I'm mistaken about not being able to set downloaded mp3 songs as message alert tones, I would appreciate it if anyone can advise me asap. Thanks peeps.

    This phone is da bomb. Its slicker than grease :) I only have one complaint about it though...i dunno if anyone out der shares da same sentiments. I can't used da mp3 songs I downloaded as a message alert tone for incoming text messages! It only applies for incoming calls. Please advise if it is possible to set downloaded mp3 songs as text message alert tones because I actually just purchased this unit a couple of days ago and am still in the process of familiarizing myself with its features. Thanks.

      I have a samsung e720 , d500 , d600 , z500, e750 , nokia 3120 , 6630 , motorolla v3 ,siemens c65 and this phone , People believe me this is the sexiest phone in the market . A cute phone with better camera then d500 , so buy it now

        steve....to put the flash while the phone is close hold the up arrow or down arrow dont let go until the flash light ok

          I have this phone for 2 days now and i cant put it down its rubber one its awesome about the clock thing its suppose to be like that because it has alot of feature they have to save battery and the flash u can make it permanent just use the option camera is clear and the video is good too.. the mp3 player sounds nice i think this is one phone you can own... since i have this phone i have alot of compliment because its nice and looks sexy and cute haha at the phone is sexy not me then im cool with that...

            matei, you can not usethe flash while closed or at least i am not aware of it but other than that its a great phone i don't see why you wouldn't like it

              can i know if we can have the clock display be there on the cover display forever..because everytime after some time the clock display would disapper...

                I just bought this phone and i am not so happy because of the memory and camera.Somebody said how to use flash with the phone closed bu i cannot.It's impossible!Please tell me how.Plus the camera settings cannot be saved(like the flash).Please tell me or send an e-mail Best regards

                  on some sites it says that you wont be able 2 use the phone in uk is that true? because it wont conect wil the networks ;^(

                    What's the go? Samsungs site lists this phone as having a TFlash expansion slot???

                      Hi just got this phone, very good phone everything I need is in here only thing is left out is a memory card slot but pretty much the phone does its job.

                      To the post below, regarding the flash to be on when the phone is closed, theres a way and its really easy. Dont listen to people when they dont know how to use that feature.

                      First put the phone in camera or vid recording mode, then after that just hold either one of the side volume button, either the up or down button. All the best.

                          you cannot use the flash as a torch when the phone is closed. but u can quickly turn it on by pressing '0' three times when u go into cam mode.

                          to the person who wrote in...spanish? or wateva: it is obvious that the ppl here do not generally speak (post) in ur language. and the posting rule clearly says english only...unless ur comp automatically translates everything in this site into your language and covers up the rules...

                              I apologise if this question has already been answered beforehand, but I'm having a really difficult time in trying to work this one out. Does anyone know how to use the camera flash whilst the phone is closed? Everytime I change the settings and subsequently close the phone, the changes I had previously made are automatically reset.

                                hm...ther r certain ppl who really put off others who want to help by posting on this site...READ WHAT OTHER PPL SAID BEFORE U!!

                                vivaglam: game...i clearly remember posting how to transfer games onto the phone...and i believe it's still on the first page of the posts...i do admit that the file manager is dumb but i CLEARLY..VERY CLEARLY have posted the link to the COMPLETE GUIDE!!

                                dima: data rate is slow on usb as i said. u do not hav to reiterate what is obvious. the bluetooth is really fast as someone else has also pointed out

                                sean: the phone has about 90 megs. and there is no limit on the length of the video (even if there was a limit of 1 hour...who'd record one hr long video on a cell phone...im really doubtful that the battery will withstand it anyway). so do ur calculation. 20 songs of abt 4 megs...after basic arithmatic, 80 megs...90 megs minus 80 is 10. half an hr of video is likely to exceed 10 megs i believe. just get the phone and try it out

                                steve: u (and ur frend) can choose to have the viewfinder full screen or full 'view' of the actual photo to be taken. it can be changed by pressing *. i personally prefer the full screen :)

                                  hey can somebody tel me if its good at voice quality as vel (bcuz E720 isnt!). i mean while making calls, does it worth the same as the current users' opinions or its not tht good. bcuz i've read a lotuf reviews about E720 at another website, aco. to which the only thing tht set lacks is goodvoice quality. u can hardly hear wut other person is sayin and also other persons complains as if u r talking through a sock!! people have verified this by calling their answering machines and playing it back, sound is terrible !!

                                      hi. now im at the d500 games page and i've downloaded 1 game but cant put it in my phone. i have no idea how im supposed to upload it to my phone. the dumb file manager doesnt seem to have an option to click java world in my phone. really. file manager is really dumb. hehehehe

                                        I was just wondering if this phone has a "phone lock" option. I don't mean a pin code request but rather an autolock type feature that you can set so that the phone goes into lock mode let's say after about a minute? and then to use the phone again you have to enter the security code. It would be a privacy feature or security feature. I understand that you can set the phone to ask for a password when you turn it on but I'm wondering if there is a feature to lock/unlock while the phone is on. Let me know and thanks in advance.
