I've had this phone since December and have had endless problems. Everyone thinks it looks great but when it keeps switching itself off it's not so fantastic. It started doing so in Feb and would also freeze whenever I tried to answer a call...people then thought I was hanging up on them. It was sent off to be fixed and when I had it back I couldn't send or receive MMS as it constantly said 'network unavailable'...which bamboozled all of the staff at the phone shop. However, once that problem was fixed it started switching itself off again and also regularly tells me there is no service when there definitely should be!

I have this phone. Its no good. Sure, it looks great, but it has no features. No infrared, no pc transfer cable, low memory, small screen, small camera resolution.
I had to say it, but a bad nokia phoen beats this in quality, and nokia phones are a third of the price.

gr8 phone! but since i dropped it my signal has been allover the place :( and my querie is *how do i get all my numbers and pictures on2 my laptop???* oh yeh and is there ne way 2copy my numbers 2the sim card all at the same time instead of 1-by-1?

Vey nice cell but having problems , some times going on system , why because I brought it in Australia from China and use it in Tanzania?

Answering you question, you need to give your service provider a call to message you the settings and after you save it, you are ready to MMS!

Can anyone tell me how to receive and send mms messages. After pressing retrieve I always get an annoying ' network unavailable ' message.

i bought this phone last wk and the internet worked fine on it when i had a o2 sim card in it then i changed the sim card to o2genie now the internet wnt work and i cant send picture msgs. plus the infra wnt work think i have to change the settings does any1 out there have this phone with a genie sim and cud tel me the correct settings so i can use my pretty phone

I've been downloading ring tones and sms tone alerts, but my sms tone alerts have been put in my ringtone menu when it was download, so when i go to change sms tone, its not there, does neone know how to move from ringtones to sms?

hi ive had this phone for about 5 months now and im gettin annoyed! some of the buttons have stoped working! i cant get into my menu, inbox nothing! i took it to a phone shop today because i brought it off ebay, and they told me £40 for a service! does anyone know to get inside it? plz help!

i just bougth d phone but i cant download 4rm anyother phone like sony erricsson tru d infrared. why? as 4 other features, d phone make sence.i am a student of FUTO IN OWERRI.PLease i want 2 know what 2 do n the phones i can download from.thanks

i got this around 5 months ago and its one of the best looking one's about but this has software broblems but i aint had one yet this has what people been saying a white screen and funny things go wrong but still wonderful features i say better looking then moterola v3 and v6 and pic

You need registration new SIM-card. Also you may hack your sim-card. Good lack.

I have had the E820 for a year now!!! It was a great phone for a while, untill the WAP shut down and so did then mms. Then the screen started to break, now the phone dnt work at all. My recomendation, dont buy this phone!!! Choose another brand!!!

I have had a few probs with my phone, like it freezing and switching off while im writing a text, and the screen distorting, but that happened just once, early on when I first got it. Ive also started getting a "card memory full" warning every now and again, even though its not full which is VERY annoying!! I find it amazing the amount of people who are dissapopinted with lack of video, or bluetooth. didnt you read the spec before you got the phone??!! However, the tones (esp alarms!)are annoying, and that couldnt be known until you owned it! Always check out a phone and what it does as best you can before you buy!
