HELP ME FIND A SIMPLE RING RING TONE!
I love the phone, got it this morning. It's v small and i like the style. I'm going to miss my Nokia 7210 tho. With the nokia, txt messaging was much easier and your last message was saved on the screen. It also appears that there's no way to see sent messages with this phone, bad news if you like to txt exes wen you're drunk! You can't use as many characters either. It's going to take a bit of getting used to with this phone. What is annoying me the most is the choice of ring tones - why can't you get a simple "ring ring" anymore?
Does anyone know how I can get a simple tone on my phone?

well, i bought the E800 about a few weeks ago.... i find it quite an amazing phne bt there is bluetooth n camera video... so, comparing it with the latest samsung phne like the D500, its nt amazing as it looked to be...

My cousin Evi bought E800 a few days ago and talks about it all the time.I can't stand her!!! She is extremely annoying!!! She can't stop looking at it. I sometimes hear her talking to it!She sais she is in love with it! WARNIING : E800 MAKES PEOPLE GO CRAZY! Be carefull...

I bought Samsung E800 a few days ago.It's awesome dudes!!!I cannot stop looking at it.My brother is jealous because his mobile sucks and he wants to have mine!!No way George!This mob is mine and only mine.I love it!

Bought my E800 in October. Has had periods of inability to take photos. Will no longer send photos or connect to the internet. Finally, yesterday the screen went blank. What's up with it?

I have had this phone since September 2004 & have had no problems with it at all. The main let down is the battery length, you have to charge it every night. Also would be nice to have video capture, but it does its purpose & its a nice phone.

Bought the phone 2 weeks ago and been looking for reviews in the internet. Seems that this model is often subject to defects or software problems. I have Sony Ericsson phones and they're the better choice. I.e Samsung doesn't let me transfer picture files from PC to my E820 using infrared port, which sucks. Hope is will do it's job for a while till my contract expires..

I have a samsung e800 from 5 months now and I have problems with the signal and also the LCD get white sometimes. When someone wants to call me he can't sometimes. The mms is not working...I have alot of problems with it...I want to sell it because I can't keep this kind of phone. This is the worst model of phone that samsung made believe me!

I have had this phone since oktober 2004, it started very good , no porblems.But than the screen started going blank once in a while...but since last week ,it's going blank daily .And when i turn it off and on again it stays blank.it's a beautifull phone but has way to many defects

Saw the advert last sep. loved the phone, bought it, loved it even more, lasted till christmas then I had problem after dproblem after problem. Someone said they just got a white screen when they turned it on, I had that if I tried to turn it on when the slide was open. Sometimes it worked when the slide was shut, then the screen would just go crazy. The colours merged, swapped, faded etc. The screen split into 4 parts and all the parts swapped. It wouldn't let me change the ringtone, just occasionally changed itself then finally I got stuck with the most embarassing ringtone of the lot that started as a voice saying 'feel good..feel good' -its called stream i think. Apart from the ringtone problem, usually when I turned the phone off and on again (as long as the slide was shut)it would go back to normal, but this only lasted 5 mins max. Then it got ridiculous, buttons stopped working and all I had left that worked was the up button, some numbers and the end call button. Along with the screwed up screen. Sent it off and got it back 'repaired' and it broke the next day. Sent it off again, got a new one, broke within a week. However, a friend of mine has the same phone for 5 months and has faced no problems whatsoever. I would say there are better phones on the market now and it isn't worth the risk of buying it, but if it works, its good!

hi, ive had the samsung E800 for about 3 months and i think it is great!the fone is small, sleek and sexy! Very suprised to read the negative comments coz so far im realli impressed wid the fone. stacey x

i hav had this phone 4 bout a year now and only had a coouple problem, the camera went pink, fuzzy and distorted and some of the keys stopped working. I sent it away and got it bk within a week and havnt had ne problems since. top phone!! standard tones are naf tho!!
