I back up the persons comment since I bought the phone I have been trying to work out why so expensive! You can't play or record videos, is not an mp3 player. Its just got better quality in terms of photos and memory & looks darn sexy and i'll get back to you if I find the mystery to the expense, still looking o o

well I purchased an e800 and it came in a color named as "Cool Grey" on the box, I ordered an extra battery and it is a completely different colour it is a light silver battery and looks totally silly. i have rang Samsung and they are telling me that the phone only comes in one color. can someone shine a light on this as this is really frustrating me no end!! has someone mixed up the colors when making the plastic for the batteries or what, hello THEY DON'T MATCH!!!!!

Samsung E800 is not good from functionally point of view.You can´t send pictures to another mobile via infrared,no video,radio or mp3 player.Price of phone is too big and phone is just beautiful.

Can a standard samsung cable be used to transfer files to and from a pc? i have asked around and there is no cable specifc to the E800 available yet.

does anyone know how 2 send images and ringtones via infrared? iv not found a use for the infrared yet and if u cant send things wats the point in it! plz help!?

The E800 is a great phone i love it, just wandering how i get my photos of my phone to my computer i dont think i can get blue tooth (thats what the woman in the shop said) help!!!!!!

in response to sarah's email - my friend had exactly the same probs with her phone, she was recieiving messages days afetr they'd been sent, it turned itself off, it wouldn't connect when trying to make a call/or recieiving a call, loads of stuff was wrong, she sent it back loads of times to get it 'fixed' as well, but kept saying they wouldnt replace it!! she hates it now!! ... it is a very small cute fone tho, and i was considering getting it myself, but opted for the samsung e330 instead!

its cute but u need both hand to hold the phone during texting. the keypad is teribbly small

This Phone is terrible so don't be fooled! It is extremely cute and so small that you can take it any where but since recieving it I can not recieve calls as it rejects them straight away and can not make calls which are over 17 sec. However I would say I've had other samsung phones and never before had a problem and if you only like to text it is a jem. But beware this phone is C*!P.

Hi Yall.
When i first looked at this fone i was like wow another sliding fone. but when i tryed it out, it completly suked. the sliding keypad is annoying and its connectivity sux. it has no bluetooth(as usual in smasung), no infrared port and sooo many errors. the most ridiculous thing is the price. worth around$800 australain dollars, wat a rip off.
