Thanx a lot; I just took your advice and it worked. I just got the phone a few days ago but i still haven't gotten the manual for it, so i still don't know how to work the damn thing.

i just got this phone for christmas! i love it!! the only disadvantages are:
1) the battery life is rubbish! if u like taking pictures and playing games and basically using it for a few hours, its dead by the end of the day.
2) As soon as you lock the keypad (close the phone) the screen goes off and your left with it looking like its turned off, and you can't see if you have any texts.
3) cameras not as good as i thought it would be (as it was advertised...) but its good.
4) games are quite boring...luvin bubblesmile though!
but other than that its fab. and to answer your question aneta, when you take a picture of the person, select options, then set as, and it will say wallpaper or caller id, select caller id and choose the name on your phonebook!! easy as pieee. happy new year to you all! shazzzzzii xoxox

I just got this phone, it is really good i really like it. But i have problems trying to download things of my PC. What can i do with regards to this? also its suppose to have a photo phonebook but i can't activate this service, can someone pls explain? Appart from this its a great phone!

Yes the phone looks good but I am afraid this is all this phone has to offer.
Cons:
-Bright screen backlight stays on during battery recharge ! I don't know what the life expectancy of the screen is but surely this is a complete waste.
-No Bluetooth !
-Dual band !
-Reduced battery life: 4 days standby ! I used to get at least 8 days with my previous 2 Nokia on standard battery.
-No GPRS counters !
-Limited IRda functionality. Pictures & sounds cannot be downloaded or uploaded to any other IRda phones !

yes, i am disapointed tht it duznt hav video recorder, BUT its a sexy fone, has a great color screen, takes really cool fotos, hav cooool games, hav polyphonic ringtones, has a photo phonebook, and has little decorative borders to put round your photos! NO, THIS FONE DUZ NOT HAVE VIDEO CAMERA, BUT IM STILL GETTING IT 4 CHRISTMAS!

i love this phone,it is totally adorable and goes perfect with my style,the features,,,craaaaaazzzzzzzzzzy.but 2 expensive.

regarding to rlee_mhan & cristi's q - the e800 is not mp3 & bluetooth compatible. i've tried to get it with a true-tone ring-tone & unfortunately i juz found out a way to convert the mp3s to mmf file format, which u can listen to a song like mp3(a very chort chorus),but the sound quality wasn't that good. bout the bluetooth, juz forget it, no extended device could be fixed on it, n i think the battery life will surely go flat within a day if it's with bluetooth, those e800 users suffer the same problem which the battery life is terribly short even under normal usage, don't they? im sorry to say personally, i don't think that the e800 worth its price(RM1550 for now,im from Malaysia), since u can get a better phone which is completed with bluetooth, mp3, memmory card & etc...it's a must for those youth h/p players nowaday...
