I Think the fone is so cute ,and there is no other fone which is cutter than this one ,if samsung can upgrade the same fone by adding :Bluetooth , MP3 Player,Card slot etc to be able to overcome the new technology

this fone was a hand me down from my mum! and it is a ok fone..i like the look of it..the only problem is ther is no bluetooth which is a big disapointment. also, i have tried to make my infared work..i dont no wer the settings are to change it..please can anyone help me? because i really want to make it work and it doesnt :( i have tried aeverything, i dont no were the settings are on the fone to change it to make it work..any one help ether email me please or post a comment on here, i would be very very greatfull..thank you

If you type a wrong message and you are about to send it and you want to go back dont cancel the whole thing just hold dont the cancel button for 3 seconds and then it will go back

it si a great phone with a great design it stand ou great againts most phone that is why i chose it the only problem i had with the phone was the complecated way to send a picture message but otherwise from that it is a great phone

i love this phone ive only just had it but i have read the book that you got with it and i cant find out how to send things thought infared. i cant connect to anyone ether but i tryed to send a bussness card thought infared and it work so there aint nothing rong with it am not sure what to do if anyone can help me please can you contact me on kirsty_lvsya@hotmail.co.uk il be ever so greatfull thanks very much

i have been using this phone for 18 months and have had absolutly no problems with it what so ever. my 3 year old son uses it as a toy and it never breaks. I've used nokia in the past and they break like toy soldiers. I LOVE THIS PHONE

i've got a samsung e800 there's always been problems with it but now it freezes up everytime i try and get into the 'take a photo' option in the menu. someone must know what's wrong and if i can fix it myself. i swear i love this phone but it's never without it's problems.

Brillant Phone. The features is not that supreme but the design is really elegant and very sophisticated.
Note:
If Infrared is not working. The solution is go to the settings of the PIMS/File Manager and choose the (IRD) infrared as the default connection.
You can only transfer photos in your PC if the photos are located in the 'Images' directory of your phone and not in the 'Photos' folder same goes when transfering images from your PC to Samsung E800.
The thing that i dont like about this phone is if you composed a text message and then inserted the wrong whone number you cannot go back to the message editor instead you need to cancel everything then compose another message. You cannot change the default melodies for text messages.

i have had this fone for 1 and a half years. It was a brill fone unitl d500 came out. my irda has never worked and there is no bluetooth. Compared to fones now it is pants. hope av helped ya al

I have a samsung E720 and its SO much better than this E800.I thought they were ment to be the hight the number the higher the quality....Beets me!!!!

Two years on - and customers are still bringing them back with repeat faults!

This phone has a bad left soft key. It gets locked for no apparent reason. You try everything ,including removing the battery but the key is locked for ever. Spend £25 to have it repaired and in few days time it is stuck again. It is impossible to use the menu or select any function without left soft key and the green button. I am just fed up.

I have-it for 4 days, (bought second hand)and as many I can't Upload anything to my phone via Irda. I can only send to my PC my phonebook entries one by one :) (nice)I can't send pictures made with the camera. I can't set as ringing tones sounds received by SMS. etc Preety dumb phone. I had no problem making, receiving calls, SMS related issues. Looks nice. Best I ever Had. I will sell it soon:)

i ve read lots of opinons about e800 and couldnt agree more with most of them,this set is really over priced has nothing as compare to some of very cheap sets in the market i m using this set now over a year now and finally looking to change it with lots of financial loss...its got no bluetooth has got infrared which didnt work at least once for me and also dun ve a video so i m very disappointed with it.
