My friend just bought one.. His infrared is not working. and this phone do not have bluetooth..

i have had nothing but problems with my samsung e800 first the camera went funny and my screen kept going blank it kept switching itself off when i slide the slider up the screen half and half and now which is the final thing the battery wont charge or it might be the charger i dont know but its getting to be abit of a pain coz i cant get to my numbers if anyone know wot i can do please feel free to email me thanx laura

I bought this phone on a 18 month contract. I wish i hadn't now! Every so often the screen fuzz's and usually turns itself off. Other times the screen goes a bright white colour. And stays that way for hours on end. I've sent the phone away to be sorted twice, If another problem happens again, i'll definately be complaining, and checking for a new phone entitlement

An absoulte waste of time and money. Screen started to blur afetr a few months and now has gone complelty. It seems like a great phone at first but the problems soon arise. I have a nearly new phone with all my pic, numbers and messages on, but cant see any of them cos the screen has gone! AVIOD

The physical design of this phone is excellent. The phone can be worn with the earpiece comfortably and securely round your neck- very handy for people always on the move (and with full pockets).
The biggest problem I had with this phone is that the infra-red never seen to work. It is impossible to send photos or texts. Apparently the infra-red is only limited to transferring contact details to other samsung phones.

i have to say that i really waste money n' time with this phone. i bought it last year n' have to sent it to repair for many times. so i might have 2 phones all the time. so stupid. dont buy it!!!

this phone was good only one day,the day I bothe them.Don't buy it.I have a big problem with photos.I don't know how to take them out of him into my coputer?Does any one knows how???

this phone really sucks... many problems with it... the battery sign always goes off and u dont know how much battery is left....DONT BUY IT!!!!

I would recommend not to buy that phone. I had it for a couple of months and than the problems started. The screen started going blank , and after a while it stayed blank..etc etc..I wasted a lot of money on this phone ..It's beautifull and stylish on the outside but on the inside it's rotten....samsung u disappointed me

I have had mi samsung e800 and ie had no problems its on o2 all my messages send its perfect they must ave sorted owt their problems

Form your own opinion on it. Get a demo of it. It's a good phone, and i'd go for that over the E810 anyday. Although there are MUCH better phones out nowadays.

sabrina-- ur best bet is to buy the d500 brilliant fone got betta stuff on it i had the e800 4 bout 2 weekz n it broke.it wasnt the best fone i had the pictures arnt so gud either afta that i bought the d500 and its so much betta n easy to use hpe thats helped x

I've been using this cellphone for over 5 months now, never experienced any problems with it, and with my datacable and a little program I can easily download the pictures to my pc, as can be seen on my site -> division.be
Currently thinking of switching to Nokia 6230, but I don't think the quality of my pictures will improve then so... anywayz, great cellphone...

I think that the Samsung D500 is a better phone, it look similar and has all the same qualties but it also has much better features such as video, MP3 player and bluetooth. Go for the D500 people!

Hi all,
if any1 could help me, i want to no how to view just the numbers stored on my phone memory and not my sim card. I have tried to copy them all but then it shows 2 of each number and i dont want that. I also dont want to do that in case my phone messes up and i don't want to have to copy all my numbers again. Please e-mail me if any1 knows how to do it. Thanx - christie

it's an easy prob. to get out the pictures from the phone , just send it via MMS to a phone features infra red or bluetooth then send it to ur PC . And you have to know that the infra red in your mobile is incomplete IR which means that it cannot send photos or videos , it can only send names & numbers from your phonebook ...
