Does this phone tell you how many % of the battery is left?
Or is the battery icon the only way to show you the battery status?

ok i have a problem with the phone freezing on me as well. but i never figured out why. anyways, its a nice phone and everything but i can't seem to be able to use the samsung studio on my computer. does the internet have to be accessed to use the pc stuido?

HELP!
When the headset is cennected to the cellphone, I can hear the other person's voice but when I am speaking on the microphone, the person can NOT hear my voice.
Anyone has the same problem?

yes, its ringtone is mp3 compatible. but its sms tone has only a selection of 5 default tones.

Can you set an mp3 as your ringtone? Or do you have to stick with the presets in the phone?

thank you for your reply on the silent mode thingy & the wall paper dilemma.
I think I'm having some problem with my phone. When putting on a horizontal wall paper (eg. photo taken from the phone itself), the border that comes our is ALWAYS BLUE in colour, even if i have changed the skin to orange/green/purple.
Is the border suppose to be BLUE?? or should it change colour together with the skin??
Other screens (eg. Settings, Phone Book, etc)are OK, as in it is in the chosen skin colour.
Pls help... :-( i really hope my phone is not "sick"....

Just recently got the Limited Red Edition from O2 UK: the phone works very well, if you've had a Samsung before it's just like all the others, the new features are great, and the phone itself is very durable; it's survived the streets of Leeds (literally!) Def worth getting if you want something a little different...

Sorry, can't help u on the memory card and java game, I have no idea at all. Maybe u can seek someone else help. As for the last question, it's perfectly alright. After u enabled the safty removal; and after u plucked out the USB cable, it's normal that the Studio software still display Connected. This won't spoilt anything.

k, here is my option on why the phone freeze, it might cause by the slow processor, For example. If you are trying to load a webpage, while it's loading, u hit cancel, the phone will freeze there, i figure out just don't press anything and close the flip and it will be back to normal, it will also freeze when you are doing several thing at once, like playing mp3 while you are web surfing and someone just call you. and it will freeze.

How do I disconnect the USB from my phone when I'm using 'Samsung PC Studio 3'?
I tried from the 'safely remove hardware', but on the samsung studio, it says I'm still connected.
What can I do?

how do you put games from the PC to the phone? Since there is no "game folder"..?

i have tried to insert the memory card into my digital camera to reformat it. When I put the card back into my phone, it works fine. But maybe a few minutes later, it says that the memory card is unrecognized.
Is it something wrong with the memory card or the phone?

I believe there's no custom themes for this phone.
btw there should have a software to add vibration to the phone so that it can ring n vibrate at the same time. does anyone has that?

First, replying to kath,
U are only able to add songs from your menory card IF only your songs are place directly into the Music Folder of the memory card. If there's sub-folders in it, u wouldn't be able to do so, though u still can play it but not with the flip closes. Try again after u have format your memory card. As for regarding the freezing, it don't have any idea for now...

1)By holding the # button for half a second, your phone will be in silent mode.
2)U can't get rid of the borders if u are using a horizontal wallpaper, the most u can change its skin with other 3 default skins choice(orange, green & pink). However if u use a vertical wallpaper, it will fit your screen perfectly. But this cause another problem, which is, the date and time on the main screen blocks the wallpaper. Does anyone knows is that removable?
