The phone is CUTE and COMPACT.
GREAT DESIGN the touch screen gets a little bit of getting use to. the only thing i don't like about this phone is that you can only use stock message tones for text messages, but the internal memory of the phone is great. it can carry around 20+ songs (depends on song quality.

phonebook sucks!!! i transferred all my lists on the phone and wham!!! a couple of re-starting problems while sending sms and its all gone, even my calendar lists are all gone.
since the body is made of plastic, its prone to scratches. you cant even use mp3 on the message alert tone.

i cant send picture messages... or send anything to my email. I dont get it. But other than that... I love it!!! people are just amazed by it... i have it in orange. No one has orange phones!!

Hi,
1.Bluetooth connection not so easy to connect. Once connect asking same connection again & again.
2. No Theme/Skin choice more than 2.
3. Not further Message tone Add.
4. Ring tone Sound/MP3 Player Sounds are so so.
5. No fullscreen viewer.
6. Touch Keypads uses carefully.
7. Samsung has a no option in PC Suite for Update phone software.
Overall good looking phone.
Can I update phone software/Firmware? Please anyone post here.

What Canadian Service Providers support this phone? ie Rogers etc.......and do they do it well or not? cause this phone is triband so it only works on one rogers frequency...i want to buy this but this is the only thing holding me back....can someone help me out?

I currently own a nokia 6300. bought it around two months back but i am thinking of changing it because every goddamn person has this phone. Besides, the battery isnt too good.
I was thinking of getting a samsung E900 but as i went through the reviews, i dont really think i should get it. Everybody seems to be complaining about the phone going off and on itself.
Please could anyone tell me how much messages the phone can hold, is the phone worth buying and is the battery good?
I previously had a samsung d820 and my experience with that phone was BAD as the battery sucked ass.
Please help me out.

This is a really great phone. I've used it for over a year. Don't let its easily scratched exterior fool you, it is made of steel. I've put this phone through a full wash cycle (by accident) and it came out working fine after it had dried (took about 4hours). The main problem that i have now is that the battery life is really horrendous, because of the wash.
The functions on this phone are fun to use, and are very user friendly. The touch pad is a definite plus. The sound quality good and the camera is excellent under proper lighting conditions.
I highly recommend this phone as it will carry you through most of your average daily cellphone needs.

OK another correction:
1. You need to choose or a ringtone or vibration when you're called, but you can't choose both at the same time - True but you can choose to have the phone vibrate and then ring
2. You can choose only 6 different ringtones for your messages, no downloads - TRUE
3. You can't customize tone for your alarm... - FALSE!!!!! if you can't work out how to do this, go to Applications>Alarm>Wake-up Alarm>Alarm tone and hit the middle key. You will now be able to select the ringtone from Downloaded sounds, Favorite Sounds and Default ringtones

been using this phone for a year now,sent to fix once 2 months back and now the problem is back agn!the phone goes on & off by itself,especially aft inserting headset,n replyin sms!:(

the first time i bought this phone it was from carphone warehouse, i first purchased it on the interet via o2 and they are so shit as i waited nearly a month to get it i canceled my payment and they said my money would be back in 28 days and that they would not give anything to us for free, now that i have it the phone is excellent i love it alot and its great for music and has quite alot of memory

i have this phone in red and i have no problems with it exsept one every time i send a text it makes a funny noise even when its on silent and i dont no how to get it off please help

Hi Lilly yeah mine switches off a lot but it also cuts out everytime I want to send a text message do you think if you take it to a shop it will be fixable?

Hi, I have had this phone now for a good 5 months and recently it has strted like swithcing itself on and off and saying things like please wait and SOS! has anyone else expierenced this problem?
